It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to provide price ranges over the phone for the most basic services. Instead, they make you pay $99 for a tech to show up at your house, and it does not matter if you move forward with the services, because it does not go toward the services provided.

My tech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable concerning my HVAC heating and cooling unit. He explained in detail what maintenance he had performed and what I should consider with a regular maintenance routine going forward.
