It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to provide price ranges over the phone for the most basic services. Instead, they make you pay $99 for a tech to show up at your house, and it does not matter if you move forward with the services, because it does not go toward the services provided.

70 year old sister had bronze package 0n 7 year old furnaces (2) charged $6200 !! Took 4 hours to do.
