Cody Roberts arrived on time, worked efficiently, ran several tests and strategically diagnosed the deficiency within my unit. He gave me an honest accessment, made some suggestions and culminated with options and solutions. A written estimate was reviewed. EXCELLENT!
New customer. Called them to schedule a same day service. The receptionist told me it was $29 service fee. They came in and checked and figured out it is gas-heated and we don't have gas on. NO REPAIR. CHARGED US $149 extra, $179 in total. In a place where you could just tell us oh you forget to turn on your gas and…

Milestone did an HVAC today, 10/22/24. As always, I got good service. Zaul performed the maintenance check. He explained everything to me in detail. Jose worked on replacing our air conditioning system several years ago. It was a tough, hot job. When I showed him the attic entrance, he said,”Oh, I remember this house.” Fortunately, he persevered, and we have a resolution. Milestones may feel expensive, but they keep at a job until it is accomplished correctly.…
They were awesome ! They were respectful and they were in time and explained everything! Great guys that came out! I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for this unit! I can’t thank you enough for what y’all have done! It was a true Blessing for me!
It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to provide price ranges over the phone for the most basic services. Instead, they make you pay $99 for a tech to show up at your house, and it does not matter if you move forward with the services, because it does not go toward the services provided.
Hugo Sanchez is the BEST! You should request him!
My air conditioner went out and the Milestone team was quick to respond. They sent out Erik and he provided top notch service. Erik is an HVAC expert. 70 year old sister had bronze package 0n 7 year old furnaces (2) charged $6200 !! Took 4 hours to do. Not even sure if this elderly person got options.Called 48 hours ago to talk to person who wrote up order and no return call yet.I think $1500/hour is a very high labor cost even in the post covid era.Nothing like taking advantage of the elderely!

The technicians are great, but their cost of services and constant attempt to upsell are beyond anyone else. We used them because of an HVAC emergency, and have maintained a relationship because of the warranty and technicians. When quoted different services, they have been about twice what others charge. We also…
