The repair man that came S. Valle, was absolutely wonderful!! After I speak with the Field Inspector Monday & get the new unit, Mr. Valle is the reason!! Long story of how I got to y'all but I'm so glad I called back last night & booked for today. Even had A/C back a couple hours before my original scheduled appt.…
We have been pleasantly amazed at the professionalism, care for our property and overall services rendered. Jordan Bauer and Mike Reyna were at our home to finalize our HVAC contract by blowing insulation in our attic. When they left you couldn't tell they had even been here. The entire process has put Milestone at…
Very pleased with all aspects of the work completed by Milestone. Replaced outside A/C unit, cleared a drain, and fixed a ceiling fan that was not working. The work required technicians from 3 departments. all of whom were outstanding. They kept me informed and were willing to answer any questions I had. All…
The service is great! Mason was very informative and answered all questions. I am very satisfied.
Absolutely great service and extremely knowledgeable. I was absolutely impressed.
Everyone at milestone was wonderful. From Christian, to Raven, to Erick. They were professional, friendly, and most importantly quick in expediting installation of a new AC unit on a recent move in. Thanks guys!
The company technicians are thorough and earned my trust immediately. I felt like they had my best interest in the suggestion he made. Wish all service people were this concerned in my satisfaction and safety. Would recommend them highly. Christian Cabera did a great job today!
The team was professional and courteous from start to finish. Abel did an excellent job explaining the plan of work and setting clear expectations for the installation. I really appreciated the regular check-ins throughout the process, the thorough final wrap-up review, and the time he took to answer all of my questions.
Zaul sought out and found the problem with the lack of air conditioning in the upstairs that happened right after the previous technician had done a maintenance evaluation of both HVAC units on Friday the 19th. He found the heat exchanger unit for the upstairs hvac was leaking refrigerant. He fixed the valves and…
Raven did a great job explaining our issues and options moving forward. We appreciate her honesty and integrity. Thank you!
Evan, Raven, and Abel were great at diagnosing the issue we were having with air quality and presented their findings in a very natural and understandable way. We had a very serious problem with our A/C that required a replacement and it was all completed about 24 hours later. Great work, all.
We have had a very positive experience with Milestone over the last several days. After our AC unit stopped cooling the house - and our previous service provider was not able to come as quickly as we needed, we contacted Milestone. They were able to get a tech out to our home within a couple of hours. Benny Wu was…
Thomas was excellent. Came out on a weekend and quickly diagnosed our problem. 5 star service
I live with a bunch of wookies and they had clogged the drain with all their hair. Milestone did an excellent job getting me into their schedule at a reasonable price. It definitely is worth being a member for the pricing. Most recently, we had Milestone come out to look at our ac system inside and out. The way…
Trey Verriere is such an amazing guy!! He has always been helping my family and has always given us top notch service!!
2025 - Great experience despite several installation issues with my older home. Alex Delgado and his team went out of their way to resolve issues with the least amount of impact to me and my family. Highly reccomend! Great installation of my new Heating and AC unit from Jose Puga and his partner Paul. Great…
These guys did a professional quality job and stayed late to finish a same-day installation. The price was reasonable and worth the extra quality we recieved.
Brandon was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything that was going on. We have had several other companies out and couldn’t seem to get a straight answer and within an hour Brandon could explain what was going on, fixed the hvac and it was fantastic! Thanks Brandon and Milestone!
It was a pleasure working with Austin G. and his team! He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Overall a great experience getting a new HVAC system installed. Would recommend Milestone to anyone who’s looking for a reliable and fair electric, A/C or plumbing contractor!
Milestone was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job of explaining our AC issues and the solutions available to us. We get very comfortable doing business with them and feel confident they will stand behind their work.
Alex, Anthony, and Edgar were the best. Friendly, respectful, efficient, thorough, and caring. I cannot say enough great things about my installation team! And they were fast! I'm so glad I went with Milestone!
My air conditioner went out and the Milestone team was quick to respond. They sent out Erik and he provided top notch service. Erik is an HVAC expert. He immediately diagnosed the problem and solved it. But he didn’t stop there, he cleaned my entire unit and educated me on it with a video he made while inspecting it…
To we had Cody in our home this afternoon I was pretty convinced he was The real deal. Polite, candid, double checked the issue we were having and made a couple of suggestions for us to consider. We generally do not make decisions quickly. We took Cody’s thoughts into consideration and decided to ask him to head up…
I was so pleased to be treated as well as I was. The problem was immediately addressed, explained, and corrected in a professional and timely manner. I give high marks to the young man who arrived and attended to my furnace leak. He made a situation that before had been a problem into a fast repair. High regards for him and the crew at Milestone.
Brand new system not working and you can't get someone out today. Pitiful
Outstanding service at a fair price.
As is so often the case with most companies, I had a hard time finding a way to fit my middle school teaching schedule work with the repair technician’s standard windows. When I called and mentioned school, the scheduler immediately said she had been a classroom teacher, too, and she worked the schedule out so I…
So professional and efficient! Excellent job replacing central heat/air! I highly recommend!!
Great work
Manny Escobar and 2 other techs from Milestone were here for several hours replacing 1 of 3 HVAC systems. He and the others are top-notch; all 3 are very professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. They are the ‘A’ team!
Mr. Juan Torres and his associate were both very polite, professional, yet personable. They didn't rush anything and explained everything to me before getting started. Both were thorough in demo-ing my old HVAC and placing the old components neatly beside their service truck. Whenever they needed access to the…

Very professional and organized. Excellent service and wasn’t charged one cent as it was under warranty from previous service. Thank you Milestone.

We had a great experience with the installation of the new heat and AC units. The entire team was outstanding! Strongly recommend Milestone!
Luis was very courteous, he explained all that was wrong and what our options were.
Very nice respectful and no pushy sales. I have had them for several years do work. I will use them as long as they stay the same. This company has a good thing going by hiring people that are serious about quality. Thank you Loy, Continue giving yourself for this great company in Dallas area. Good Texas Company. Connie W.
So many issues, but the biggest is that the price Milestone charges for services and products is borderline unethical. It's staggering how much I overpaid (and it's my fault for being too naïve to get other quotes) for my HVAC system to be replaced (nearly $20,000). I realized I was fleeced after I requested an…
Initial call - Scott was courteous and professional. He clearly explained the issues with my HVAC system and my options. There was no hard sell. I would use Milestone again and request Scott. Follow up - I decided to have Milestone install a new heat and AC system. Manuel and team were also very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

We had Eric from Milestone visit us to evaluate our options for replacing our air conditioning system. He clearly laid out our best options, gave us pricing, and then left us alone to make a decision. We spent about three weeks comparing quotes and looking at financing options. When we called Eric back to say we…
All technicians, including Evan for today, that have arrived for a variety of services have been great; very knowledgeable, take the time to explain things that can be understood easily. My problem is with having them arrive within the designated window. 3/4 of the times this year, I’ve scheduled several months in…
The technicians are great, but their cost of services and constant attempt to upsell are beyond anyone else. We used them because of an HVAC emergency, and have maintained a relationship because of the warranty and technicians. When quoted different services, they have been about twice what others charge. We also…
