We have used Milestone and their partner companies for the past 10 years we’ve had our home. Recently, our tankless water heater (installed by Milestone) gave a warning code and beep in the middle of the night. We called and they sent out Will the next morning from Warranty to check it out. It was complicated due to…
Angel went the extra mile.. even late in the day he didn’t rush through anything to figure out and fix my unit
I called Milestone Electric in a panic when the thermostat I replaced failed to run the air conditioner. They were able to send out a technician the next morning (two days before Christmas). Rolando Mojica was our tech. He quickly identified the issue and assisted me in setting up the new thermostat on my phone app.…
The service is great! Mason was very informative and answered all questions. I am very satisfied.
Chris Hennig is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. He completed the installation our new Nest thermostat today, preparing us for the coming fall and winter weather. We appreciated his thorough work and explanation of everything he did today, and especially answering all our questions…
I would like to say that he and the other gentleman who came to install a faucet that I purchased were a God send. They were very understanding of my situation and were very generous in not charging for the install. Ever since my husband I and purchased this house we have always called Milestone. They are the…
Zaul was very efficient and he made sure all was working before he left. He installed a new thermostat.
Been using them for several years and everything has been great. They have even called us to do some free services that they have added to their plans. For the yearly me membership we pay it has been well worth it and much more service then we expected.
Zaul sought out and found the problem with the lack of air conditioning in the upstairs that happened right after the previous technician had done a maintenance evaluation of both HVAC units on Friday the 19th. He found the heat exchanger unit for the upstairs hvac was leaking refrigerant. He fixed the valves and…
I live with a bunch of wookies and they had clogged the drain with all their hair. Milestone did an excellent job getting me into their schedule at a reasonable price. It definitely is worth being a member for the pricing. Most recently, we had Milestone come out to look at our ac system inside and out. The way…
Just had my thermostat replaced by Milestone. As usual was very pleased with my service. As usual, the service technician was very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job of replacing the old thermostat and explaining fully all the new options.
Martin Retina came and replaced my thermostat with professionalism, friendly service and an overall outstanding customer service. Thank you!
They were awesome ! They were respectful and they were in time and explained everything! Great guys that came out! I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for this unit! I can’t thank you enough for what y’all have done! It was a true Blessing for me!
Last week ( Aug 21, 2023) we required work on two water heaters, four toilets and the emergency water cut off valve at the street. The work is difficult partially because the temperature is 109*F and digging out the dirt is tantamount to removing concrete with a soda straw. I want to give an “atta-boy” to Jon McGee…
Everyone I've interacted with from Milestone has been professional, courteous, and knowledgable. They are good at explaining everything and take lots of pictures and video.
Rafael Greene. Excellent service. Will recommend to others.
Outstanding service at a fair price.
Great work
Manny Escobar and 2 other techs from Milestone were here for several hours replacing 1 of 3 HVAC systems. He and the others are top-notch; all 3 are very professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. They are the ‘A’ team!
Mr. Juan Torres and his associate were both very polite, professional, yet personable. They didn't rush anything and explained everything to me before getting started. Both were thorough in demo-ing my old HVAC and placing the old components neatly beside their service truck. Whenever they needed access to the…

Jorge and his team were true professionals. Each was very knowledgable, explained everything in easy detail. The job was completed quickly. They protected all flooring. Each member is a great asset to your company.
Used to unclog our drain. Brandon did good. We mostly have long hair here...so having someone reliable is important. We use Milestone for all our AC, Electrical and plumbing needs. Maybe not the cheapest...but quality, service, cooperation, helpfulness, and so much more bring absolute value to the money spent. I…
Trevor was awesome he took the time to go through everything in the house with us and provide us with the best solution. Our use mile stone for all our needs
Attention to detail is key with this crew.
I cannot say enough good things about the three technicians that came out to our house to install our heating and air conditioning system. They came in got right to work. They work diligently were polite and easy going. Thank you so much for all the hard work.
Eric and the entire Milestone Crew/Family have truly been nothing shy of amazing. From the moment we had our first visit with Eric to diagnose one of our units to the installation of a whole new system everything has been fantastic. The service is fantastic! They call when they say they will, let you know in advance…
Highly recommend David from Milestone for all your HVAC needs. David is very professional and courteous and took time to explain all the options available for replacement of our dual HVAC systems. Never any pressure. If you are looking for the highest quality service and installation call Milestone.
We had Eric from Milestone visit us to evaluate our options for replacing our air conditioning system. He clearly laid out our best options, gave us pricing, and then left us alone to make a decision. We spent about three weeks comparing quotes and looking at financing options. When we called Eric back to say we…
The technicians are great, but their cost of services and constant attempt to upsell are beyond anyone else. We used them because of an HVAC emergency, and have maintained a relationship because of the warranty and technicians. When quoted different services, they have been about twice what others charge. We also…
Very satisfied with service and all crews involved. Ronnie was pleasant, responsive to our questions, very professional and polite!
Alan Sykes was awesome and made me much happier with my decision to use Milestone
I called to get an HVAC tech out for a quote on 2 thermostat installs. Got a plumber out as well since I'm in the market for new toilets. Punctuality? Amazing. Before giving us the quote on the toilets, the plumber inspected the drains and fixed a few that were leaking right then and there. Definitely paid more than…
Ryan Begando was my technician and he did a phenomenal job. He was very personable and explained in detail all the issues he found and our system needed! I would highly recommend you ask for him!!
we have been a customer of milestone for years and wont be changing any time soon. andre is the best of all techs and they were all superior to others from other companies. better trained ,more knowledgeable , more presentable, and never left any clean-up to do, very respectable, and courteous. thanks, john hughes.
He was awesome!
I have used Milestone for the 16 years I have been in this house! They are always professional and reliable. This time Michael came to replace the batteries in my alarm system- he showed me how to do it and left me with extra batteries just in case the other one goes out. He also answered questions about my alarm…
Jonathan did a great job finding the issue after checking the entire system, inside and out.
The installers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.
Bought a $15,000 ac unit from these people April 2021. Not only did they take our previous unit from outside without our permission, we have had to have the new one they installed in our home worked on 3 times!! That’s an issue EVERY 4 MONTHS for a barely 1 year old 15 THOUSAND DOLLAR ac. This is ridiculous. I have…

The a/c system for our Sunroom was inadequate. It could not keep the room warm enough to use it in the winter. So, we bought a 58” Qmark HBB 1250 electric Hydronic Baseboard Heater for the room and needed to have it installed professionally. We needed to have it installed within 2 days because another severely cold…
Marcus Lynch was a professional. He answered all of my questions regarding the installation of a thermostat and system maintenance. He was thorough, timely and responsive. I appreciated his knowledge about the system and trusted his recommendations.
Great experience with Andre Thornburg from Milestone. Woke up to a cold house because the heater wouldn't come on. Andre was here early and made it possible for me to get to work on time. He installed a new thermostat as a wonderful upgrade and thoroughly checked my heating system. I'm very happy with the prompt,…
Positive experience from start to finish. I was impressed by all of the Milestone Team, but thought Jonathan
Fast, accurate and pricey but worth every penny. If you go with milestone you have no worries as they warentee their work even though, there would be no concern based off of the quality of their work.
Service was timely and professional.

Eddie did a fantastic job that showed the attitude and attention to detail. He made sure no unnecessary steps needed to be taken if the thermostat did not work with the older model unit. It’s technician like Eddie that confirms I picked the right company to handle my AC and Heating services
Very pleased. Fixed what I needed. No questions asked. Thank you for a great job.
My agent was simply professional. Very friendly and conversational. I couldn’t have asked for better service to be honest. Very knowledgeable on the services being provided and even “watered” some of the action items that I wasn’t understanding. He was patient and super kind.
I am very happy with Jonathan G and Jose. Jonathan and Jose was on time, professional ,polite, friendly and did a fantastic job. He took the time to do a really good job corrected the issues that the builders contractor did when we built our house. Also he took the time to explain the new system and made sure we…
