I had a double HVAC system installed. It’s a Lennox system. The installation went well. However, one bedroom is not being cooled . While the rest of the house is 74° or less this one bedroom yesterday late afternoon was 86°. Therefore, I contacted MILESTONE, I was told that a warranty person would be at my house no…

Good communication. Knowledgeable. Good time management.
We have used Milestone and their partner companies for the past 10 years we’ve had our home. Recently, our tankless water heater (installed by Milestone) gave a warning code and beep in the middle of the night. We called and they sent out Will the next morning from Warranty to check it out. It was complicated due to…
Manny installed two outdoor faucets for me and did an excellent job. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and everything was installed cleanly and professionally. The lines are solid, no leaks, and the finish looks great. It’s hard to find tradespeople who take pride in their work — Manny clearly does. I’d…

JB and Stephen were fantastic at today’s appointment! Over the weekend, we started noticing our lights flickering around the house, which caused our battery backup system to kick in a few times. By Saturday evening, it happened about five times, and each time the battery took over saying the grid was out. We called…
