I can’t recommend them enough!! Went out of their way to fix the problem. Great service
Kody was informative and professional. He did a good job servicing my AC unit and explaining its condition.
Great job, no complaints & answered questions.
2 water heaters installed. This included all the safety devices needed/required. The other two men, Sheldon & another Johnathan were members of the installation team. All 3 men were a pleasure to work with. (They worked: I just watched & tried to stay out of the way.) The Johnathans went the “extra mile” &…
CJ Andrew at Milestone repaired my sewage line and installed a new hot water heater. I use this company because they complete the work properly and avoid using short cuts.
What a nice professional and kind young man. He was very thorough and did a great job. Cannot say enough about milestone and their employees. They are just top notch.
Esai was very professional and explained things to us in an informative way. He was very thorough with his job.
Dewayne Wallace was the licensed plumber who worked on our leaking garage sink. He was very polite and professional. He thoroughly checked the sink and attic lines, along with upstairs AC drainage before making a diagnosis. He attacked the root cause quickly and installed a new connection that should help minimize…
Great service, honest, trust worthy, quick response. Will be calling Milestone for any future issues.
I so appreciated Tyler not only being very professional and qualified, but his kindness as well. He did an amazing job and would definitely recommend him and Milestone.
The electrician, Gabriel, and his team were excellent. They worked efficiently, keeping everything very clean and orderly and were very courteous.
Quick availability, showed up on time, completed repairs quickly, cleaned up the site when finished. I really appreciated being offered a few repair options to choose from.
Very pleased. Repairs explained in detail before and after the work was done. Professional and friendly. I was also impressed with the apprentice. Will definitely use them again.
Sewer Line Replacement consulting with Francisco Hernandez, Part I to narrow down the actual cost and criteria of the situation. This was a very sour experience. Not that Francisco wasn't a great consultant. Just the idea that this crucial piece of equipment was so expensive. Long story very, very short, lol -…
Appreciated Cristian’s professional responses to my concerns and questions. Can’t comment yet on the value and quality of the service until all is said and done. If they match Cristian’s assessment, then it should meet all expectations. Am still in the assessment phase so I can’t say I’ve “used” this business.
Adam was AMAZING!!! Explained everything that was going on, friendly went above and beyond!
Jared was excellent. Assessed the problem right away and came up with a cost efficient solution and was able to communicate well with my Property Management team. You can ask for no more. Great Job Jared and Milestone Squad 💪🏾!!!
The repairman was knowledgeable, personable and easy to work with. He not only fixed the AC system, he also provided us some good information on how to keep running and how to do the necessary , periodic maintenance on it.
Loved him! Super professional and fast! Gave accurate time and quotes. Would use him again! Thank you!
Great customer service & interpersonal skills, knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely use again!
