Jake Jackson and Joseph did an outstanding job at both diagnosing and fixing two of our plumbing problems in both of our bathrooms. An A++ job. Can’t ask for more.
I highly recommend Milestone. They always answer the phone, very easy to book an appointment quickly, always on time, very thorough.
Cody was on time, professional, polite, and got the job done so well!
We use Milestone for one stop shop with the confidence they will do the best job & honest rates.

We had a great experience eith Daniel. He was very thorough and expedient with the plumbing job. Highly recommend him and Milestone for future needs.
Milestone had a technician at my house to check out the issues the morning after we called them. Jeremy arrived exactly when he said he would and swiftly got the job done. 100% would work with him and Milestone again.
Benny was friendly, professional and he did a great job!
Plumber was very thorough in checking all possible areas for leaks in fixing our bathtub. After fixing our main leak issue, he double-checked his work and we both saw another leak that wasn't part of the main issue...and no, he did not create the issue. I was over his shoulder the entire time. Price seemed a bit…
Wesley Rutledge came on time, polite and professional. He was easy to talk to and explained everything to my understanding.
Good job but they are very expensive.
Jonathan was great! Very thorough and honest!
Chad was kind, helpful, and installed a new tub drain in just minutes. He got me the best deal he could and it was very fair. I will definitely call again for future plumbing needs.
It is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to provide price ranges over the phone for the most basic services. Instead, they make you pay $99 for a tech to show up at your house, and it does not matter if you move forward with the services, because it does not go toward the services provided.
Melvin was amazing! Knowledgeable and efficient, he even ran out to get the parts I didn’t know I needed and returned promptly to install them.
Very pleased. Repairs explained in detail before and after the work was done. Professional and friendly. I was also impressed with the apprentice. Will definitely use them again.
Dewayne was fantastic! On time, honest, and loved my dogs. He was able to stop the faucet leak that I had. Milestone even gave me a call and was able to send someone out earlier than expected! Very happy and will be using them next time I need service.
Dillion was very helpful in getting my shower plumbing fixed.
Had multiple problems. Chris from Milestone diagnosed the problems and organized the appropriate personnel to get everything repaired and running as quickly. Price was fair and he was professional.
I think for the few min. They spent with my repair was not worth $650.
Trevor was awesome he took the time to go through everything in the house with us and provide us with the best solution. Our use mile stone for all our needs
Joshua Johnson was awesome! He did quality work and was very fast and informative.
The tech was prompt, efficient and thorough! Top qualify!

I'm a first time customer of Milestone. I've owned a home for 50 years. They lived up to their commercials and the technician who did the work was very professional and outstanding at his job. Thank you, Milestone!

All technicians, including Evan for today, that have arrived for a variety of services have been great; very knowledgeable, take the time to explain things that can be understood easily. My problem is with having them arrive within the designated window. 3/4 of the times this year, I’ve scheduled several months in…
I had the best experience, and Mr Chance Thompson was competent, professional, very likable!
Chris Rivera was great to work with in finding solutions to my bathroom issues. He was personable, and answered all my questions. He also did a fantastic job. I would have invited him to stay for dinner if it wasn’t Halloween night! Definite asset to your company.
