Charles was very thorough and professional. This is why we use Milestone for all our needs
We have used Milestone and their partner companies for the past 10 years we’ve had our home. Recently, our tankless water heater (installed by Milestone) gave a warning code and beep in the middle of the night. We called and they sent out Will the next morning from Warranty to check it out. It was complicated due to…
I live with a bunch of wookies and they had clogged the drain with all their hair. Milestone did an excellent job getting me into their schedule at a reasonable price. It definitely is worth being a member for the pricing. Most recently, we had Milestone come out to look at our ac system inside and out. The way…
Jose worked on replacing our air conditioning system several years ago. It was a tough, hot job. When I showed him the attic entrance, he said,”Oh, I remember this house.” Fortunately, he persevered, and we have a resolution. Milestones may feel expensive, but they keep at a job until it is accomplished correctly.…
Jose Mejia was very competent at his job. He was able to diagnose the problem with my new unit immediately after I described the situation. He had the problem resolved very quickly. He's also very friendly and thoroughly explained what he was doing. Outstanding technician!
Brian was efficient, very knowledgeable and fixed my leak
We have been customers for years. Dependable customer service.
Martin Retina came and replaced my thermostat with professionalism, friendly service and an overall outstanding customer service. Thank you!
Mason was great! Found out why my heater wan’t working and fixed it quickly. Very personable and kind person.
I’m very happy with Milestone electric. Their membership plan is great value and the quality of service they bring makes me happy to give them all my business. They are very fair in their pricing and I feel like I’m getting fair work for a fair price.
All 3 young men were kind, caring, knowledgeable, and very professional. I want Blake, Eric, and OJ to come back to my house whenever I have any issues. I could of adopted all three of them. Just the finest young men that ever came to my house.
Despite it is my first time using Milestone, it seems they are going to be my first choice.
A1
Jorge and his team were true professionals. Each was very knowledgable, explained everything in easy detail. The job was completed quickly. They protected all flooring. Each member is a great asset to your company.
Friendly and professional.
Used to unclog our drain. Brandon did good. We mostly have long hair here...so having someone reliable is important. We use Milestone for all our AC, Electrical and plumbing needs. Maybe not the cheapest...but quality, service, cooperation, helpfulness, and so much more bring absolute value to the money spent. I…
We have had numerous services preformed over the years and we have total confidence in the work being done and and knowing it is being done with the best workmanship and materials available. Johnathan Hebert was the latest of the Milestone family to pay us a visit and he was awesome. Jonathan listened to our…
I called Milestone for electrician to turn on aircon/heat system. Hvac salesman came instead and after 5 minutes of inspection, suggested to install new furnace, heat and aircon equipment. No option given except to make sales for fantastic cost of $19,000.00. I noticed there is membership fee to be charged…
Spotted problem with thermostat and got it repaired in no time.
Carlos campuzano was great! He took his time and explained everything. Clean install and he was nice to my dog!
Very polite effecient and fixed the problem. Explained well and had pictures of problem.
Martin was very professional, respectful of cleanliness inside home. He thoroughly conducted tune ups on my two furnaces, replacing filters as well. Afterwards, he sat and explained everything and offered if we chose to do so get dust prevention filter units.
Very professional and took time to educate me about all the features of the new install
Personable guy, followed safety guidelines for COVID, and did a great job! That about says it!
Fantastic work and attitude! Was extremely helpful and caring!
Diagnosed the problem quickly, no sales pitch, told me what to do to fix the problem. Too easy
I had two opportunities to work with Milestone’s service representative this week. First, Jacob Starr replaced our thermostat and helped set up the system on my phone. Jacob was also Knowledgeable regarding heating and air flow concerns we were having and explained the issue and helped problem solve. Noah Daniels…
The guys were cordial, friendly, and professional. Judson left some suggestions for what needed to be done to my heat and A/C system. I look forward to doing business with a company I trust to do needed maintenance and repairs.
Billy Hiser explained everything he did to the unit. His professionalism in dealing with me was first rate. He was also very personable. If I ever need a service call I would not mind having him back to my home.
DJ was super helpful and quick. He fixed our AC and it immediately went from 80 in the house to 69! Absolute life saver!
They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Didn't try to up sell. Will definately use them again.
Trey Cudahy was great. He was responsive and clearly concerned about the condition of our HVAC unit. He was ultimately unable to resolve our issue but not for lacking of trying. Friendly, polite, and timely. Tevita Fetokai was awesome. He arrived on time and was quick to find the issue with our HVAC system and…
He knew right away what it was and fixed it quickly. Has always had great customer service every time I have dealt with him.
Mr. Sanchez, was very professional and on time. He found the problem very quickly. We were extremely impressed with his work. I can now sleep peacefully tonight. It was 64 degrees. We would like to wish all the Milestone personnel a very Happy Thanksgiving.
Both Company and Technician (Brandon) were Responsive, Prompt, and Professional. Will definitely be using again.
Agent was professional and took time to explain repairs needed and made to my unit.Even returned same day when problem occurred to repair it.
We need a new Thermostat. It was under warranty as our system is only 5 years old.
Very pleased. Fixed what I needed. No questions asked. Thank you for a great job.
Rigoberto did an amazing job of taking care of everything. Damien also did a great job on the a.c. check up
He repaired the plugged up disposal with a good job. The rest of the plumbing was inspected in both bathrooms, and the hot water heater was adjusted easily. I highly recommend him and his assistant.
I am very happy with the service I received from Milestone. What I really loved about them is how quickly they responded to our family being without AC. Plus Billy Hiser’s customer service was amazing. I felt that my urgency was their urgency and was supported by their team from beginning to end. I will definitely be back in the future!
Billy and Nick (HVAC repair) were extremely helpful on an emergency HVAC issue after a lightning strike. And our electrician but I forget his name! Very accommodating, helpful and went above and beyond to fix a not so simple problem (controls panels blown, contactor or unit starter etc, Nest thermostat were all…
Billy was awesome! Very customer friendly and professional. Advised of all options and let me decide. No pushy sales tactics. Will definitely ask for Billy again. Great job!
Kyle was great!! Was on time professional and very helpful gave me great advice went the extra mile. If all the employees are like him they will be putting everyone else out of business. I will use milestone again.
After 5 - 6 Milestone representatives had been unable to diagnose problem of newly installed 5-ton unit not working properly, Isaac finally diagnosed it. An incorrectly wired thermostat from installation 11 months earlier. Isaac was very apologetic for negligently wired thermostat. Isaac was able to wire…
We were very pleased with the professional manner in which the service was rendered: prompt, well mannered, and efficient.
5 star Rating is for the technician, Mike, not the company Milestone. For Milestone we give 3 stars. They first offered us $1000s just to replace one (1) thermostat that is still under warranty so the $1000s is to cover 'labor'. After talking to Mike's supervisor back and forth, he finally gave us a very reasonable…
Mike was extremely friendly and customer service oriented. He was technically competent and explained everything in away I could understand. Did an excellent job! Awesome work as usual from Milestone!!!!
Chris Grammer is a world class HVAC technician. I am a retired Aerospace Engineer so I know professional expertise when I see it. Chris made the entire process of diagnosis, communication and repair very easy. He is thorough and personable. Please give him a raise.
Mr. Sanchez was a wonderful professional. He was very good in knowing what was wrong, very quick in getting the AC running again, he gave me the information that will save me time and money on getting my filters again. AND it was on their warranty, so there was no $ that I had to put out! Thank you for having Mr. Sanchez coming on a Saturday night.
They came out to upgrade my furnace and ductwork. Absolutely took every single step to ensure everything was sealed and secured. They started by 8a.m and didn't leave until after 6 p.m. that night. They checked everything before leaving and made sure I understood the work that they did. Very thorough and professional services.
Eric was professional, courteous and honest. He helped get our system up and running ! He explained everything to us to help us understand what the issue was ! He was awesome!
Excellent response and knowledge of their profession. Always professional and helpful!
