I called about a clogged toilet. Someone came out right away but couldn't unclog the toilet. So they sent someone else out saying that the only way to unclogg the toilet was to take the whole toilet off which would cost 344 dollars. So he took the toilet off and worked on it for about 20 minutes. Said the…

I suppose that they are prompt and have good technicians and quality of work. The $800+ estimate for something I eventually did in an hour on a weekend for $21.50 in parts was a little strange. A $410 diagnostic fee estimate plus repairs plus "luxury plan" for a toilet flush repair had my head hurting. Luckily for…

Seriously?! $900 to fix a running toilet, a leaking shower value, and dripping pipe from a cutoff valve under a kitchen sink where the cutoff value did not have to be replaced? Conner did an excellent job. The only "glitch," was that they could have cleaned up better . . . I was able to clean the tile floors around the commodes with minimal effort, but in the hall bathroom, they left minor stains on the carpet that I am going to have to work on.

Our sewer line was so blocked up that we couldn't flush our toilets without them overflowing. Water was coming up in the bathtubs too. However, he detected the clogging area where tree roots had broken in. He was very patient, showing me in the camera and on his detector…
Thank you!
On time. Even early. Quick unobtrusive work. Costs were well lined out and discussed. “Membership” was discussed but didn’t influence price much and offered no real benefit. Cost was a bunch more than I thought it would be but that’s on me for not putting job up for bids
