5 starts for Joseph, the plumber that replaced my water heater. He was professional and on time. I deduct 1 star from the company because the plumber didn't show and call during first appointment window the week before. It wasn't until I called Milestone, 1.5 hours after my window had ended did have any idea what was going on.
