Great knowledge and service
Dylan was on time and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. Can ask for more than quick and cured!
Jerry Williams did a great job! Thank you Jerry for fixing our 3 outdoor faucet leaks!
Milestone was everything you wanted in a service company. Knowledgeable, courteous, professional and took the time to explain and show me what needed to be done and why. Highly recommend them for any electrical or plumbing project.
This was my first time using milestone and although my schedule time of arrival was a little late, overall the technician was wonderful. Great customer service. I would highly recommend milestone to my friends. I had a great experience.
Milestone is amazing! Hands down the most professional and skilled technicians. They come equipped to handle to job and take action on repairs same day without hassling with additional appointments. They are truly worth the price!
Water Heaters cranking at 110% Crisis Averted … Brian finally solved the problems !!!!
I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. After giving them multiple opportunities, we consistently felt their priority was charging as much as possible rather than taking care of their customers. Most recently, Milestone told us a clogged sink was so significant they would need to go into the…
Brandon did a great job on my electrical inspection he went through all the safety points and explained them throughly
Clayton and Rolando did an exceptional job explaining everything to us and taking time looking at all our air conditioning units. Your company is truly blessed to have these gentlemen representing your company. Austin did an excellent job explaining everything to use and helping us decide what to get. Also…
Very professional and on time. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service.
I suppose that they are prompt and have good technicians and quality of work. The $800+ estimate for something I eventually did in an hour on a weekend for $21.50 in parts was a little strange. A $410 diagnostic fee estimate plus repairs plus "luxury plan" for a toilet flush repair had my head hurting. Luckily for…
Persistence in getting our problem addressed. Required some real problem solving that was appreciated.
Loy did EXACTALLY what I needed. He actuallu cut my electricity bill by 75%. Won't tell you how but enabled me to go 90% off grid. Thank you Milestone
Alex was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. He took digital photos of my water heater, the water copper lines for ice maker for a new refrigerator, checked sewer lines under house and the waterlines and turn off valves to house. He found areas of safety concerns that warrant new systems due to age and safety.…
Excellent experience! Courteous, efficient, and excellent service from Steve Pound!
Christian was very polite and knowledgeable!!
Juan is a personable and professional worker. Facing delays by Duncanville Water Department, he simply got everything done as we were waiting and, in a timely manner, repaired and completed the job when the city responded.Great Milestone Difference. Thanks Juan.
Cesar did a great job!
Jeremy and his apprentice showed up early and stayed until the job was completed. They replaced the water heater and brought it up to current code. They hauled away the trash and cleaned up afterwards. A quality job by a couple of pros! Well done gents!
5 starts for Joseph, the plumber that replaced my water heater. He was professional and on time. I deduct 1 star from the company because the plumber didn't show and call during first appointment window the week before. It wasn't until I called Milestone, 1.5 hours after my window had ended did have any idea what was going on.
the plumbers and the electrician did a great job and were in and out in a reasonable timeframe.
Great job today.
Quick, friendly service. Installation was great and everything was explained clearly..
Francisco was very professional and kind. Great job!
Professional service well done.
My milestone experience since the beginning has always been amazing. They are professional, on time, communicative and most important transparent about all things. Good job Five stars +++++
Justin Hyatt did a great job.
The tech (Alex) was very professional. He made it very clear what the project (hot water heater installation) would involve. Addressed all of my concerns. The service was great but the heater itself was over priced ($1000+) even with 6 yr. Warranty. Be prepared to pay more compared to other dealers.
Eddie was very patient and so well informed about all things smoke detector related. He was extremely professional!
Cristian was awesome. Very thorough, very quick in his repair. Thank you, Milestone, for another great job.
He explained the problem very clearly to me after the diagnosis.
Jesus and Jerry were amazing!!!
I don’t often leave reviews, but I had to recognize Tyler W. for his exceptional service. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine desire to take care of my needs were obvious. Tyler didn’t treat this like “just another job,” and that made all the difference. Thank you for going above and beyond!
Nathan was very professional and high-spirited. Provided several options and clear answers for all my questions. A+ experience!
Harrison did an amazing job installing our water heater!

Milestone did an HVAC today, 10/22/24. As always, I got good service. Zaul performed the maintenance check. He explained everything to me in detail. He also helped secure the closet door where the unit is stored and took out a hornets nest we found. Its little things like this that Milestone does that…
Jesus Maldonado did a great job installing new water heater. Explained the maintenance routine - very personable!
Hot water heater leak. Armando Reyes was pleasant, professional, and completed the job superbly!! I loved his personality! I did not need a new hot water heater.
Very satisfied with the service tech and the work he performed on the Hot water tank install.

Our plumber technician Christian Arias was very helpful and professional. He was very knowledgeable on how to get it done by using some of our same equipment. Thank you Christian for all your help!

Very busy day here at the house with Milestone fixing alot of things. Raven, Christian, Cristian, and Dewayne were all very professional and kept me in the loop with every step of the install and repair process. Glad to have Milestone come through for me and my old stuff.
Trevor was extremely thorough on diagnosing the problem and clearly explained the solution needed.
2025 - Great experience despite several installation issues with my older home. Alex Delgado and his team went out of their way to resolve issues with the least amount of impact to me and my family. Highly reccomend! Great installation of my new Heating and AC unit from Jose Puga and his partner Paul. Great…
I have used Milestone for AC, electric and pluming services. Their reps are always friendly, polite and competent. My husband passed away just prior to a visit from Scott. Scott brought me some flowers. I was so impressed. Different Scott and Logan from Milestone just installed a new water heater for me. They also…

Very courteous very respectful and they did a fantastic job I'm very happy
Technician was very cordial and knowledgeable. Better than any of your individuals that from your office that worked for us. He solved the problem that the other individual came to resolve the problem and was not. Please from hereon we like to request the service from this individual.
Very professional, knowledgeable and turned up before I expected!
Joshua Johnson inspected our old tankless hot water heater. He lowered the temperature and cleaned the shower head filter to increase the flow of hot water from the tankless system. He was knowledgeable about the systems, his repairs and provided quotes for a new tankless system we may need within a couple of years.…
Milestone employee professionalism is not to be doubted. This is a company that can be trusted to just do what they say. And what they say is simply doing things right :)
2 water heaters installed. This included all the safety devices needed/required. The other two men, Sheldon & another Johnathan were members of the installation team. All 3 men were a pleasure to work with. (They worked: I just watched & tried to stay out of the way.) The Johnathans went the “extra mile” &…
We recently needed to have some electrical and plumbing work done. We chose Milestone knowing it's not the cheapest, but we feel the fantastic service and quality workmanship is well worth it. We decided to become members and we could not be happier! Everyone is so nice, professional and I love how they give you…
They did a great job at explaining everything along the way. A little on the pricey side but quick and got the job done.
Hunter came to our home by 9:30 am a new tankless whole house system was on the way to our house. By 11:00 am two trucks pulled up guys unloaded and started the installation by 6:30 pm hot water flowed throughout the house. Amazing. They do the things a home owner wouldn’t do.
our technicians were punctual and very professional. They gave us several options and explained in-depth what we needed and why. Then install team worked diligently and cleaned up very thoroughly. They should be commended for representing their company in such a positive light. I’m a milestone fan now
Jesse did a fantastic job installing the flood monitor for my hot water heater as well as a home surge protector. He was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him.
Water Heater pipe burst at 10PM! My wife discovered the spillage which flowed into the house and garage. We turned off the water to the house and did our best to minimize the damage. Brandon Hill with Milestone was at our residence first thing in the morning and we couldn’t have been more relieved. He located…

Milestone is the best…..hands down. Always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and on time. Dillon Ashton was awesome. Helped up through the process of ordering new water heaters. Simple, easy process.
Both Wes and Chris were awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely will use them again when service is needed.
Zach Williams originally came out to fix an outdoor faucet leak, and as part of our membership did a few courtesy checks on the rest of the house. We talked about the age of my water heaters (they were original, very old) and he expertly answered all my questions without pressuring me to buy anything. He just gave…
Worked with Dillon Ashton and he was empathetic and understanding with my situation. He did everything he could to make sure it was a good customer experience. I’d definitely recommend working with Milestone again knowing they have people like Dillon working for them. Same day hot water heater replacement and it’s 4 stores up in the attic so not easy …
Best repair technician I’ve ever had.

So this holiday season my home decided it wanted some gifts also. Milestone sent out some amazing guys to help us with a gas leak, electrical outlets not working and a hot water problem. The crew was great. They even came back to hel us with the smallest issues for the following two days just to make sure we had everything we needed.
On time and thorough
Excellent service!0
Very professional and courteous.
Great service. Adam specifically has worked on multiple projects at my house. Good quality of work. Slightly more expensive than other plumbers but well worth it knowing the work was done right and has a good warranty. On time for every call and work was done quickly. Will use again for any plumbing needs.
Very professional and responsive. Honest assessment of the issue with good options.
The team was through and congenial
The technicians are great, but their cost of services and constant attempt to upsell are beyond anyone else. We used them because of an HVAC emergency, and have maintained a relationship because of the warranty and technicians. When quoted different services, they have been about twice what others charge. We also…
Never went to Milestone

I contacted Milestone due to having smelled a natural gas leak around my 2x hot water heaters. I had contacted several plumbing companies the day I smelled the gas before trying to contact Milestone. Milestone was the only company that was able to make a visit to my house the same day to help fix the issue. Don…

Justin, Robert, and all their team mates were excellent. They did exactly what I needed, and more. These guys know what they are doing! Update August 23rd, 2021. I needed to have my A/C looked at and I had to replace a water heater. The first visit for both items did not adequately fix the problem for the A/C (turned out to be stuck vent opening, was originally told it was freon problem) and the replacement water heater was not installed…

Very experienced in their craft. They were very informative and made sure I understood what all they did. New furnace and new AC unit. They took a video for me that I could see the process. Talk about going above and beyond they even helped me by taking my Christmas tree out of the house into the garage. Thank you Raul Ramirez and Crew. 👍
We have used Milestone foe the last 6 years. We are also a maintenance member so we get yearly inspections and cleaning of major systems such as electrical plumbing and HVAC. There may be cheaper providers but you get what you pay for. These folks are the best.
