I loved working with Erin! We had two spaces that we wanted to make more functional and while we had a general idea of what we wanted to do, we weren’t exactly sure. Erin was so helpful providing suggestions and creating multiple layout options so we could visualize what would work best for our family. And even after our consultation she continued to follow up with additional thoughts as well as making introductions to contractors we might want to work with for our built-ins. It has been such a fantastic process! We will definitely have Erin back to help with the next project on our list!

Thank you so much, Rachel! This made my day. I loved working with you, and I'm so glad you left the session feeling confident and excited. Starting a room from scratch can feel overwhelming, and you're so not alone in that! I can't wait to see your sweet space come together!
We loved working with Erin and her team! She was prompt, helpful, and provided amazing design ideas. I would recommend her to anyone, she went above and beyond when we encountered a situation with our contractor, too.

Thank you so much for this, it really means a lot! I'm so happy our paths have crossed ... I've loved collaborating with you and can't wait to see it all come together!
We had an excellent experience working with Erin at Milestone Home Design. We were starting with a completely unfinished basement and needed help to maximize the space while maintaining a functional flow. Erin created several layout options that helped us think through the best use of every square foot.
Our finished basement includes a workout room, TV/lounge area, wet bar, recreation space for the kids, a full bathroom, and a small unfinished storage area. Erin’s designs helped us understand how furniture placement, traffic flow, and spatial planning would impact the overall feel of each room. Being able to view the designs from multiple perspectives and then virtually walk through the space gave us so much confidence before construction began as well as helped guide conversations with contractors as we were selecting which company to go with. I highly recommend getting her involved in the very beginning stages of planning as contractors don’t have many ideas about the actual layouts.
Throughout the entire process, Erin was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Her communication was prompt, she set clear expectations and consistently met them, and she always took the time to answer our emails and questions. Every phone call was enjoyable, and she provided thoughtful guidance and exceptional customer service from start to finish.
If you’re looking for someone who can help you truly visualize your space while providing outstanding service, I highly recommend Erin and Milestone Home Design.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! It was such a pleasure helping you design your basement. Seeing all those spaces ... from the wet bar to the workout room ... come together in 3D was so much fun. I’m thrilled the visuals gave you confidence when talking with contractors! I can't wait for you to enjoy your beautiful new space!
Erin was great to work with! She was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I came to her with some loose ideas for my space, and she helped turn them into visuals that made it so much easier to see the possibilities. Since I'm a visual person, that part was especially helpful.
She also recommended a few contractors to help me take the next step, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend Erin if you're looking for help reimagining your space!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Clara! I absolutely loved working with you to bring your ideas to life ... it's always exciting to help clients visualize the full potential of their space! I'm so glad the 3D renderings and contractor recommendations were helpful as you consider your next steps.
We hired Erin Rudy, of Milestone Home Design, to draw up scenarios for an open plan for our first floor and a more modern design for our family room, downstairs. She presented us with 5 different design options for our first floor and 4 options for the lower level. They were presented in 3D and 360 degree rotation.
She was very professional, creative and understood our vision. Communication was seamless as she fully explained each design, in detail, making sure we understood each design and answered all our questions. The end results exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend her to anyone needing her expertise.
