Incredible customer service, haven't been treated this well at any mechanic shop in quite sometime. Extremely knowledgeable, capable and honest. Came in with a difficult situation and they were able to remedy it clearly and concisely with little down time. Will continue to do business with Milex on Mt Vernon Road.

Milex quoted me a price. The job took more time, than the quoted price. They didn't even charge me more because it took more time! Kudos to Milex. I would do business with this retailer again and would recommend them!

They were very fast to make my appointment for me!
I had a new set of tires put on my jeep, and swapped out the sway bar adjusters!
Made quite a difference as far as driving and handling!
I would definitely go back to them and highly recommend their service!!
