In my 15 years of getting haircuts at barbershops, I have not met a better barber than Lilly. She has over 20 years of high quality salon experience and it shows! When another barber messed up my hair right before my wedding day, I found Lily and she gave me the best rescue haircut of my life and I am forever grateful! Also, she’s an amazing and nice person, would recommend anyone!
Lily is an extremely talented and thoughtful stylist. She gives the most thorough and detail-oriented haircuts, being meticulous at every step. I am extremely pleased with the end product and have continued to come back whenever I need a haircut. The ambience of the shop is great, and very clean, and Lily is extremely professional and friendly throughout. The final result leaving the shop is always top-notch, but it continues to look great even as it grows out, ensuring I continue to like the result until the next time I come back.
Lily is an experienced barber who pays meticulous attention to detail and takes pride in her work. She is skilled with scissors and the clippers…which I’ve found is difficult to find in a barber. She is patient with her work and does not hack away at my hair.
Lily has amazing attention to detail and takes her time to do a great job with her haircuts. Hot towel, straight razor around the edges, etc. If you want a consistently great hair cut I can’t recommend her enough.
I’ve been to many barbers over the years in San Francisco and most recently in Marin / Mill Valley. Feel fortunate to have found Lily for the past 2 years. She’s by far the most talented and detail oriented barber I’ve used and beyond that, she’s a great conversationalist. She cares about her clients and invests the time and energy to get to know them and their preferences. Lily’s pricing is also fair relative to the rest of the market in this area. As long as Lily is here, I don’t ever have to look for another hair salon.
Lily is fantastic. She consistently does an outstanding job with both my haircut and beard trim. She pays close attention to detail, takes the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for, and the results are always sharp and polished. What really sets Lily apart, though, is the experience. Our conversations are always thoughtful and enjoyable, which makes the appointment something I genuinely look forward to rather than just another errand. She combines great technical skill with a warm, engaging personality. If you’re looking for someone who delivers excellent work every time and creates a great atmosphere while doing it, Lily is the best. Highly recommend.

Lily is the only one I let cut my hair. She does an amazing job, really good at mid length hair on men. Also a wonderful person - highly recommend.

Speechless. Slow Friday add for a haircut by a visitor. Woke person manning the desk seems unaware of appt and a third of the way through terminated the cut (and shave). Tough to communicate. I assume just a post holiday tough day but check on your attendant.
The negative reviews these days are mostly from people under immense mental stress who have no support in their life. They come here to beating others in order to relieve their stress. Unfortunately! So you can’t find any truth in them. Harry Shaw - you were late for your appointment and were rude and critical of me every moment during the haircut, making it impossible for me to do my job. When I suggested to stop the appointment, you have responded by threatening a bad review. I won’t tolerate your disrespectful behavior. If you can’t treat your stylist professionally then here is not the right place for you. Furthermore, you’ve created an extremely unpleasant environment, the haircut won’t came out good. Also my professional ethics dictate that I can’t give you a full facial shave under these circumstances. As a professional Barber with many years of experience, I believe the service should be stopped immediately. You need to thank me for I saved you and the end you didn’t pay any penny for the space you have been taken. You will get my zero star on Google if I can!!! Hope one day Google map will provide this service for us.
