Thank you Millhorn and Shanawany Team. I engaged the kind and diligent folks here to help with a family estate closure. Krissy was fantastic and really kept the ball moving with things would fall off my radar. She and Beth were super helpful and I can't say enough good things about this already difficult process. Navigating the courts with all the hoops they make you jump though would have been a nightmare. Thrilled that we used these folks and got it done.

terrible company - they will waste your time with all these appointments and then drop your case. I would totally go somewhere else these people are disgusting. I dont wish to share details however i needed a probate lawyer and was highly disappointed. DO NOT GO HERE

We never represented you. After learning the potential litigation in your case, we choose not to take your case in the first place. You brought in a Will that was not witnessed nor notarized; your family is estranged with each other; plus your disruptive & disagreeable personality are just some reasons why we politely choose not to represent you.
For the readers of reviews, this person only gives 1 star reviews for businesses. She has not one single positive review for any business. We advise the readers not place much, if any, weight to her reviews.

I used this firm for my cousin’s estate. I live in Ohio and had so many questions. Krissy answered all my questions ( many). She was kind, knowledgeable and considerate. This is a long, overdue review.
My husband and I were referred to this firm by Sara, who owns the title company next to the firm.
I've dealt with attorneys all my life in a professional manner. I have never met one as courteous, professional, kind, insightful and detailed as Mr. Shanawany. He has the patience of a saint, honestly.
Mr. Shanawany took his time with us in preparing our trust, wills, health surrogacy, and POA. He explained every detail, every circumstance we could face, asked us thought provoking questions which helped us to clear our minds and solidify our intent.
Mr. Shanawany is truly exceptional in every manner.
Barbara at the front office was very courteous and accommodating with our limited schedule for our appointments.
Maria and Jennifer were very friendly, professional, and courteous.
It was a pleasure to come to this office, and we felt welcomed every time. We were not rushed. We were taken care of with white gloves.

We took an elderly friend to this law firm to get her Will and other legal paperwork completed. Everyone was so wonderful, they did not rush her at all and took time to explain everything in a way she could understand. There was never any stress to hurry up even though it was almost closing time. They were patient and when we left our friend was happy about the way they treated her.

After my wife passed away in 2025 I needed help navigating the probate system. Plus there were other difficulties that involved her estate. Milhorn & Shanawany law firm was recommended to me by a friend. At the firm I met Krissy Warner, Probate Paralegal. She just put me at ease with her explanation of the process and we got started. She and her team kept me informed throughout the entire process. She always took my calls or returned them promptly. She actually cared about how I was doing while walking through the process as she was very sensitive to the grief I was already going through after loosing my wife of 47 years. Her patience, kindness, understanding did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend using this firm for any of your legal needs. If it has to do with Probate I hope you ask for Krissy.
