Milwaukee Drain Cleaning maintains a 4.8-star rating from 702 reviews, with customers frequently citing rapid same-day or weekend availability, reasonable pricing, and clear communication regarding next steps for sewer and drain issues. However, a subset of low-star reviews highlights recurring complaints about cash-only payment policies, instances where technicians were unable to resolve clogs despite charging full fees, and unresponsive phone lines during claimed emergency hours.

Jeff and Greg did a great job. Quick, on time, and courteous with good recommendations of next steps, as well.
Our sewer line backed up into our basement, and since it was Saturday morning, we worried we wouldn't find anyone at a reasonable price. The price was lower than everywhere else we were quoted, and Jeff showed up the same day, within two hours of our call! He was professional, friendly, and fast. He also explained the next steps we needed to take and referred us to reputable places to fully resolve our problem. Couldn't be happier with the service and price.
I called late at night and they were here the next day. Super fast, efficient, personable and professional. Even gave me some free advice to help midigate the problem in the future.
We called them and they were at the house within the hour. They cleared out the main pipe that goes out to the city quickly. Jeff and Greg were super friendly and offered great advice to prevent the issue again.
Jeff and Greg came out same-day, resolved our issue, and had us back up and running within half an hour. Thanks!
Jeff and Greg to the rescue! we live in a neighborhood where the sewer lines unfortunately back up often. We've called them twice and they came and cleared our main line in less than 30 minutes. highly recommend!
We had a sewer backup late at night on a weekend and called multiple “24/7 emergency” numbers, but Milwaukee Drain Cleaning was the only place with a real person who picked up the phone. They talked us through a very stressful situation, came out the next day, did excellent work at a very reasonable price and saved our basement.
Just had Greg and Jeff out to clear our sewer line. Called yesterday, on the schedule today. They were fast and efficient. Great upfront pricing and future maintenance services explained with costs. 10/10 would recommend!
What a wonderful experience. Jeff was polite, efficient and informative. Highly recommended
Milwaukee Drain Cleaning saved our butts. We'd had a gurgle then complete backup in our drains. Another company we'd had contract for our property was looking to charge us around $1100 to run a camera and possible snake to come to the house. Thankfully I searched and found these awesome guys. They were able to come out an hour or so after I called and resolved our problem at less than a quarter of the charge. I will definitely be calling if I have any plumbing issues in the future.
