AMAZING!!!! Taking the step to make an appointment, was the first step of many, towards healing. Dr. Ortiz is wonderful and professional. She is soft in her approach but firm in identifying areas that need correction and self-reflection. This, I find to be, very important. Her office is clean and inviting. The exact environment needed for emotional understanding and growth! Ive been a patient for several months and can easily say, that i have learned a lot about my self and how to navigate my environment. Im so thankful and believe more growth is on the horizon.
Dr. Ortiz saved my life, she has helped guide me through my healing journey for the past 2yrs. I went in a person living in survival mode with sever anxiety, panic attacks & depression. Feeling like I'd never climb out of the hole to now continuing the work feeling stronger everyday. Her team are also amazing they genuinely care about helping you. I've been to more therapist all over the city and by far this place is the best! If you're searching for help take the step and call to schedule you won't regret it!

I started therapy with Dr.Viridiana Ortiz and she is amazing! I love the way I was able to express myself with her and how she created my treatment plan. I feel so grateful to have found a therapist with whom I am comfortable and supportive.

My experience with this practice was uncomfortable and unprofessional. There were several boundary and communication issues that made me lose trust in the environment. There were also inconsistencies in how information was handled, and I did not feel that therapists here maintained a clear, neutral, or supportive therapeutic stance. I ultimately chose to leave the practice and continue care elsewhere, which was the best decision for my well being. I recommend anyone seeking therapy to carefully evaluate their comfort level and trust their instincts.
