I have been a regular with Amanda for YEARS! Birthdays, baby showers, weddings, you name it. Amanda has always gone above and beyond to make each occasion special and delicious! I love the variety of goodies and flavors! Our favorite was for sure the banana pudding! No matter the occasion, our guests always leave asking who made the goodies and there’s never any left overs. I’m always sure to recommend her to friends and family and get SO excited to see her goodies at events. You will not be disappointed if you book with Amanda!

I have used Amanda many times and I can't say enough good things about her cakes and treats! My lastest cake was for my best friends birthday/ND tailgate It was a showstopper I forgot to get a picture of that cake before but it was beautiful! Every person who came through asked who made this cake?! I would recommend Amanda 10 out 10 times

Mini Snack Confections made my wedding cake. I had seen a photo on Pinterest of one long cake instead of a multi tier cake and had trouble finding a bakery closer than Detroit that could do it. Someone recommended Mini Snack Confections to me and it did not disappoint! Picking up the cake tastings was flawless and convenient and I loved that we could do it on our own timing that way my parents could taste it with us. She was always on top of responding to my messages quickly which was really appreciated. We picked the French vanilla lavender & cherry almond flavors and multiple wedding guests told us it was the best wedding cake they’ve ever had! I will be recommending to all of my friends and will be purchasing again when I need another cake in the future.

Amanda and Mini Snack Confections are simply THE BEST! I’ve used Amanda for multiple special occasions, including my bridal shower and my dad’s baseball field dedication/honor, and she truly never misses. Every cake has been absolutely beautiful, incredibly detailed, and just as delicious as it looks.
Amanda has such a talent for taking an idea and turning it into something even better than you imagined. You can tell how much care, creativity, and attention she puts into every detail. I’ve worked with mini snack confections for wedding events and her desserts are incredible. Just look at the cake in these pictures, it’s a work of art. She has a beautiful imagination capable of bringing any vision to life. I highly recommend her, totally worth ordering ahead for!
