Josh was very helpful in answering all my questions. He insisted me being present on the property, so he can visually explain me stuff. His report is very detailed and also an html friendly version. Josh was super thorough and communicative. He walked us through each issue he found, explained why it's a problem or what the potential issues down the road could be. We ended up learning quite a bit, too. Really enjoyed working with Josh and we HIGHLY recommend him.
