However, we want to clarify that our team communicated the situation as soon as it became clear we would be delayed. We offered several options, including still sending two technicians to complete the service, rescheduling for a time that worked better for you, or issuing a refund. You ultimately chose to reschedule for the following day before later canceling. We also offered $20 off as a courtesy for the inconvenience. We understand your time is valuable, and we always strive to communicate transparently and find a solution when unexpected challenges arise.
