Steven was great. Thorough. We covered every critter in and on my house. He was a wonderful teacher, now I know what to expect and how to maintain/prevention. Yellow jackets had me shook!!!!

Maggie was fearless and awesome. She fit us into her schedule on Halloween and took care of our crazy large yellow jacket nest like it was nothing. A+.

Service was excellent. My sales rep was Shane Stonis, he was able to explain the services offered, billing, and frequency of services. Really professional, made sure I understood everything. As usual, great service! Steven took his time, was very friendly and helpful. We have had some trouble with ants in particular and he took focus on them as soon as he saw them!

Keith was very helpful and well informed. Helped me remove the hornet nest from my porch.

Camden (salesman) was very nice and well- informed. He believes in Mira a lot which convinced me to give it a chance. Isaiah (provided the service) was very nice as well. Both gentleman were professional too!

While I wish the scheduling process was a bit faster—as it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to get a service—the quality of their work is excellent. Stephen visited my home today and went above and beyond. Devin Shaw was very professional. He explained to me what he was here to do as well as asking me if I needed treatment for other pests. While here, he went above and beyond by disposing of a dead snake that was in front of my driveway. Overall excellent work.
