Customers frequently praise the spa for its clean facilities, affordable pricing, and therapists' ability to relieve specific pain points through full body, foot, and hot stone services. Recurring positive themes include professional communication and effective pressure application. However, low-star reviews highlight inconsistent punctuality, with guests reporting long waits or closed doors despite confirmed appointments. Additionally, several patrons expressed dissatisfaction with perceived pressure to leave higher tips and instances where the massage intensity left them more sore than before their visit.

I came here this morning as I had a kink in my shoulder that was hurting and I could not turn my head all of the way. My therapist was named Yoyo and she worked on the knot until it was gone. I walked out with full movement of both my head and shoulders. Will go back for sure!

Amazing massage! The staff is super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Their full body deep tissue massage was very relaxing and the hot stones at the end of the service is so nice on tense, sore muscles. Will definitely return again soon!

My wife and I did a 90 minute couples massage with Mia and Lili. Really good experience. They did a good job working on the tight spots in my back and shoulders, and my wife was happy with hers too. They asked about pressure at the start and checked in a couple of times, but otherwise let us relax. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the time went by quicker than I expected. We already booked another session with them in two weeks. Would recommend.
Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We truly appreciate your recommendation and are especially happy you've already booked your next visit. We look forward to welcoming you both back in two weeks!
