I went to Mishock for PT for a torn rotator cuff and tendinitis in my bicep. The staff were great and the trainers were all nice and knowledgeable. They had good exercise plans for each specific need. My shoulder felt better so fast.

The staff here, from the front desk to the experienced therapists to the very young techs - are all so friendly, welcoming, helpful (always ready to answer your questions or demonstrate for you, any particular exercise, for the umpteenth time). Also so encouraging and accommodative of your needs and abilities. Every body here is awesome. I don't know anything about whether this place has all the modern equipments, so I am not commenting on that. But I always, always have found relief from pain, and increased mobility and muscle tone, with whatever exercises they prescribe for me. So, I am one happy camper
