Have been taking my truck here for a few years now. They are always up front about options and cost. They check everything even when I'm just getting my oil changed and aren't pushy in trying to sell me on something. I live about 5-10 minutes from the shop and they have even given me a ride home and back so I don't have to sit there for a long time. I trust them and they do great work. Would recommend them to anyone but especially women.

I was referred to these guys about 5 years ago & I have come to trust their diagnosis & workmanship enough to not worry about getting a 2nd opinion in most cases.
They listen to me as I explain my issues & let me know my options up front (ie. what certain tests etc. will cost). They have a nice text based system that line items the work and costs before they start any work. They’re the only auto mechanic that has ever called me when the car was ready & told me it would cost less than what they initially told me.
I will continue to use Mission Auto for all my automotive needs.
My carolla is back on the road! Everything went really well! The communication between us to include pictures of what was being repaired to open honest transactions this was a really rare experience overall. Thanks!!
This is my second visit and they have been nothing but outstanding and actually went there again for an unrelated problem and they promptly took care of it. Will be the only shop I will use from here on out
I got a flat tire on my way to work & was able to drop off immediately at Mission Auto. They ended up doing all brand new tires, new brakes & a new battery for an awesome price. Fast service, super friendly & professional. Would highly recommend Mission Auto KC!

Mission Auto fixed a leak on my car. When I had some oil consumption issues, they put color in the oil to double check that the leak was fixed. I believe that they stand behind their work.
