Reviews highlight effective services for various pests, including rodents, ants, and termites, with technicians often noted for their friendliness and ability to answer questions. However, a minority of low-star reviews cite ineffective treatments that failed to resolve infestations, difficult phone communication, and perceived non-compliance with service agreements.

Juan listened to the concerns I had with spiders and roaches around my home. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, and made great suggestions on the best way to treat my yard and home. If you are looking for a great pest control company, I highly recommend Mission Pest Solutions.

Austin did a phenomenal job. He captured the roof rat located in my attic and secured my home to help ensure these unwanted rodents stay away. Austin educated me on the do's and dont's putting my mind more at ease. Thank you, Austin. I see why Mission has a 5.0 rating. You represent this company well.

Reffard, thank you for reaching out and committing to the Mission Pest team! We are pleased that we could hold up the standards of timeliness and professionalism! Welcome to the team!
These guys rule, John helped me when I called for issues in my apartment and then again helped me when I called for same day service for the office I work for. The pricing is competitive and they seem to really care about helping. The customer service is next level and both of the gentlemen that came to spray and take care of BUSINESS (forgot their names) were so respectful and kind. They both answered questions I had even if they were dumb and made sure I had an understanding of what they did and how I can be preventative on my own. They also made sure I had peace of mind knowing if I had any bug issues in between treatments I could call and they would be there. I cannot recommend this business enough, so glad to have chosen them not just for my home but for my office as well. So happy to have found them. Thank you.

Vic, thank you so much for this kind and thoughtful review! We are so pleased that you recognized our great pricing, outstanding technicians, and full customer experience that is above the rest! Welcome to the team and we look forward to keeping you pest free!
I had an exceptional experience working with John and the team at Mission Pest Solutions. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand my needs, answer my questions and help me find the right service plan for my situation. What truly sets John apart is his approach. Rather than pressuring me into a decision he focused on what was genuinely best for me as his customer. He listened, responded with care and gave me the confidence to move forward with a committed service plan that felt right for my needs. That kind of integrity, thoughtfulness and customer care is rare and it made all the difference in my experience. John didn’t just help me arrange pest control service, he built trust with me by making me feel heard respected and valued. Mission Pest Solutions is fortunate to have someone like John representing the company. If you’re looking for a team that treats you like a person rather than a sale, I highly recommend reaching out to them. The pest control approach is the most effective I’ve experienced both as a home owner and a veteran property management professional. Thank you John for making this such a positive experience.
