Reviewers consistently praise the clinic's friendly staff, thorough examinations, and fair pricing, noting that the team communicates clearly and accommodates urgent needs. The practice handles a wide range of services, including surgeries, dental work, and boarding, with many clients citing long-term relationships and compassionate care. However, some customers report difficulties with phone communication and scheduling, while others criticize a lack of cost transparency and specific boarding limitations for weekend stays.

Dr Gib and team do a great job for our dog and cat. Always caring and straight forward. Our cat eats prescription food and they always do their best to save us money by finding the best options.
I could not say more wonderful things about the entire mission road animal clinic team! They are AMAZING with all of my animals and never fail to show me how important all of their patients are to them! This is by far the best vet we have ever been to and we have tried quite a few!
FANTASTIC! Simply Fantastic! We have 2 six year old kitties. We are in our 80s and our 3 daughters live in Denver, Salt Lake City, and Pittsburgh. Our kitties mean so very very much to us. Dr. Benschoter was very thorough; explained everything to us as he was doing it. He has a kind gentle reassuring sense of humor AND the kitties like him!!! HE took preventative measures: (Pepper) our black cat was more than 2 pounds overweight (O.K., O.K., my fault: I tend to overweight pepper). The staff are so friendly and helpful. (Neither my wife or I am very physically stable and the staff came out and helped us with the cat carriers.) I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants the best care for their pet!!! Thank you for your kind words, and welcome to the practice!
From the minute that we walked in, we received exceptional care. Front office staff was friendly, kind, and efficient. The vet technician was gentle, calming, and very sweet. Dr. Sam spent a lot of time getting to know my puppy and educating me on this breed since it is new to us. I feel so lucky to have found this office!
We're very glad you found us as well! Welcome to the practice!
New vet clinic for me and my dog. Very kind and friendly people who took good care of Tigger and assured me everything would be ok.
Welcome to the practice!
The entire staff is great working with my two large dogs. They manage their health wonderfully.
Look at those kiddos! Thanks for sharing them with us
Staff was friendly. they are familiar without dog. Prompt service upon arrival and getting back to a room to meet the Vet.
Mission Road Animal Clinic offers outstanding medical care and compassion for our pets. Our recent surgery experience was very positive.
Thank you for trusing us with their care!
We had our first visit with our new puppy with Dr Sam. She was so caring and knowledgeable! She’s a gem ! The staff is very good and friendy. We will definitely will go back🐾❤️
They always try to be gentle with my kitty even if she isn't happy being there. They are very warm friendly people and take care of my cat. She is 18 years old and has been going to them since I got her 11 years ago. I definitely recommend them.
