Customers frequently praise the friendly, knowledgeable staff who clearly explain wash options and provide thorough cleaning services, including strong vacuums and effective bug removal. The pricing is considered reasonable, and the facility is noted for its convenience and professional gate operations. However, low-star reviews cite instances of vehicle damage, such as broken tail lights or misaligned conveyor entries, where staff were perceived as dismissive regarding liability for aftermarket parts.

Incredible vacuuming, The best I’ve ever seen. I would pay any price based on that alone. Most places vacuum is terrible. Price was reasonable.
