Our house required service due to no power to a few outlets, and no breakers were tripped. Mr. Sparky provided prompt, knowledgeable assistance. The service call resolved the issue completely. I highly recommend Kaiden from Mr. Sparky for electrical service.

You cannot charge a diagnostic fee as your free estimate your diagnosis is what you estimate off of there’s nothing free about there free estimate pay attention to the bank language it’s written in !!
Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry the diagnostic fee caught you off guard. Here's the distinction we use: A free estimate is for work you already know you want done. Tell us you want a specific electrical work to be done, and we'll come out and price it at no charge to you. The diagnostic fee covers the time a licensed electrician spends troubleshooting to find out what's actually wrong in the first place. That difference should have been spelled out before when you book the service call, if it wasn't please call us at 260 289 0099 and ask for the owner. - Mister Sparky
Cole was fantastic! He was smart, professional, efficient, and pleasant as well. He ran new 240/50A circuit through several basement rooms outside and terminated a hot tub. He also ran another 240/25A circuit for a sauna that has not been delivered yet. Highly recommended!!
