Jake the electrician was honest, knowledgeable, and thorough with his explanations. Was very impressed. Was also very impressed with Zach who was on time the next day and completed the project professionally and thoroughly.
Jeulises was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time both days and worked diligently (even though it was super hot outside). He left everything neat, clean, and working great. Mr Sparky office staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend them 100%.
We came to Mr. Sparky after some really bad electrical work was done at our house. Roberto and team were amazing. He came out immediately and was able to identify what was wrong and fix it rapidly. We then got a lot of other work done on the house to help child proof it. They are all so nice, incredibly friendly and…
James and Julian came out and put our refrigerator on a dedicated circuit after Sal had diagnosed the issue. All 3 guys were great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Very quick and professional service.
Alex, Juan, and Brett were all very nice and very helpful. They took care of my problems with expert care and knowledge.
Curtis and crew were great on a commercial job. Fit me in quickly due to a tight project timeline, arrived on time to start work, and stayed after normal operating hours to get the job done. Will be a returning customer!

I was able to have a technician, Tim, come out the same day and fix my dryer outlet. I am very happy.
The entire experience was truly uplifting from start to finish. Had a great experience with Mr. Sparky. Austin did a great job. We had 3 ceiling fans installed, the closet lighting changed over to LED lights and few general repair items. Austin and another technician did all the work, showed me how to use everything and answered all of my questions. Will definetly use Mr. Sparky again and request Austin.
Robbie and Justin are very professional Electricians. Robbie and Justin communicated in way that made me feel comfortable and allowed me to understand the repair. I would definitely recommend Mr. Sparky for Electrical needs. Commercial or residential. Great company.
Robbie and his colleague were awesome. They did a great job and had great attitudes while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
Nico and Alex were amazing from beginning to end. Very polite & informative on what needed to be done not throwing something in that did not need to be done. Nico looked at my 2 panels and gave me my estimate on what needed to be done when I am ready with no pressure. I never make my decisions right away but I had a…
This company seems very scammy and the customer service agents have absolutely no idea of what they’re doing. If you call for help or regarding an appointment no one seems to know what’s going on. Prices are different from what is told during your consultation.
Today was the 2nd time using Mr Sparky. They are always on time and very speedy to reach out and come to you when you call them. They take the time to go over things and explain what is needed and the process. Jason, David, and Carlos were amazing. Will definitely use again if needed.
They have to be one of the best electric repair companies out there. Came to our aid, and quickly replaced decades of wear and tear. Fantastic and detailed explanations, and Jason was very helpful when it came to financing. I would recommend them to everybody.
Doniven was amazing! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. We felt terrible having to call him on Christmas Eve with our emergency but he took a stressful situation and turned it around for us. We highly recommend this company and Doniven in particular!
A couple late or entirely missed appointments. More importantly, little attention to detail. I'll be calling the company to have them fix bedside sconces that are an inch and a half difference from the floor. Techs are kind and friendly but I can't recommend their work for finish work. Would probably be fine for rough work though!
Worked until the job was completed, and safe. All staff was polite, and cleaned up after each job. If I felted that something was not right,I would call and it would be taken care of. Etc.
Joe was amazing! Highly knowledgeable and kept me updated as to what he was doing. Definitely would recommend this company to family and friends.
