Had a great experience with Mr. Sparky. Austin did a great job. We had 3 ceiling fans installed, the closet lighting changed over to LED lights and few general repair items. Austin and another technician did all the work, showed me how to use everything and answered all of my questions. Will definetly use Mr. Sparky again and request Austin.

This company seems very scammy and the customer service agents have absolutely no idea of what they’re doing. If you call for help or regarding an appointment no one seems to know what’s going on. Prices are different from what is told during your consultation.
Today was the 2nd time using Mr Sparky. They are always on time and very speedy to reach out and come to you when you call them. They take the time to go over things and explain what is needed and the process. Jason, David, and Carlos were amazing. Will definitely use again if needed.
They have to be one of the best electric repair companies out there. Came to our aid, and quickly replaced decades of wear and tear. Fantastic and detailed explanations, and Jason was very helpful when it came to financing. I would recommend them to everybody.
Doniven was amazing! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. We felt terrible having to call him on Christmas Eve with our emergency but he took a stressful situation and turned it around for us. We highly recommend this company and Doniven in particular!
A couple late or entirely missed appointments. More importantly, little attention to detail. I'll be calling the company to have them fix bedside sconces that are an inch and a half difference from the floor. Techs are kind and friendly but I can't recommend their work for finish work. Would probably be fine for rough work though!

They hooked up a conduit to my new hot water heater, saved me the hassle of upgrading my breaker box, as well as a few other repairs for half of what I was looking at spending. Will use mr. sparky again if needed. Edit: ended up needing a panel replacement and a new 220 v outlet, they got it done in a day. Very satisfied with the new work done.
