Our technician, Joshua Ledford, took a late night, weekend call to rectify an emergency electrical panel situation that nearly caused a fire. He was an absolute blessing, fixing the issue, getting our power back on, and alleviating our fears. I also felt that the price was fair given the late hour and emergency nature of the call. 10/10.
