I can’t say enough great things about this auto repair shop. While visiting Berea, KY from out of state, my car broke down over the weekend. When I called, the team immediately assured me they would do everything possible to get me back on the road as soon as possible, even referring me to a reliable towing company. Although my car required a new engine, Mitchell's handled all communication with my warranty company and took care of the paperwork—which was a huge relief given I was located out of state from them. Once my engine was replaced, they thoroughly checked the rest of my car to ensure it was safe and reliable for my trip back. I am incredibly grateful and highly recommend their services!
Quality and quick work. They got me in quickly due to an appointment cancellation and got my car back to me within 24 hours. I was having an engine misfire and they quickly diagnosed the problem, asked me how i wanted to proceed, and then fixed the issue. Pricing was also great.
Bradly did an amazing job on my car. He is fast and his work is impeccable. He is very fair on his pricing as well. He is now my go to for all mechanic work.

We had a member who’s vehicle needed a lot of work. After running diagnostics it was determined that repairs would be beyond value of the vehicle. Mr Mitchell promptly advised us of the situation and blessed the lady with no charge on the services performed.
