I can’t recommend MK Home Inspections highly enough. Buying a home is demanding, and Mike made the inspection one of the smoothest parts of the process. He was extremely thorough and clearly knows his stuff. He walked me through every finding, even the minor ones, and explained how to keep each one from becoming a bigger problem later. I never felt rushed, and I left understanding my new home much better than when I arrived. He paid especially close attention to the yard grading and drainage, which matters a lot with Oklahoma’s extreme weather. His advice there was practical and specific, and it’s already helped me prioritize what to take care of first. He was quick to respond to every question and got the full report back fast, which helped keep everything on schedule. If you want an inspector who is detailed, patient, and genuinely invested in helping you protect your investment, call Mike.
