Mo Bounce Inflatables receives a 4.6-star rating from 44 Google reviews, with customers frequently praising the company for affordable pricing, professional staff, and punctual delivery and setup of bounce houses and obstacle courses. Recurring themes highlight effective communication and clean equipment, though the owner responded to only two percent of reviews. A pattern in low-star feedback indicates instances where inflatables failed to arrive, communication ceased, or refunds were delayed, leading to customer dissatisfaction.

Our bounce house never arrived, they also never reached out to let us know they were running behind after being an hour late they called and said they were 10 minutes out after 15 minutes they still never arrived and when I called to ask for a refund they were not nice and responded with ok then just hung up on me in my face. Would NOT recommend
Great experience and the best price around. They delivered and set up the slide several hours before the event and the crew was very nice and professional. Their prices were great. We will use them again in the future!
I reached out to this company over 2 weeks before I needed a slide. Communication was good at first, but then completely dropped off. I continued to contact them with no answer, and in the meantime someone else had booked the slide I needed. I understand things come up, but overall very poor customer service. Very disappointed. :(
We rented the obstacle course for my daughters birthday party and we absolutely LOVED the service that came with renting from MO Bounce KC! The delivery guys were awesome - they took their time to make sure everything was perfect and ready to go and were really nice! Great price with great customer service! Will definitely recommend to anyone and will be using for future events!
I rented the dual carnival water slide and it was a huge hit at the birthday party! It was very fair price and definitely with the dollars spent! The staff who brought and removed the inflatable were extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend using this company if you are looking for some no nonsense fun!
The employees were amazing. They dropped off the inflatables and set them up and then picked them up when we were done!!! Had the best time 10/10 recommend
We hired Mo Bounce Inflatables to deliver a bounce house for my daughter's third birthday. They were great to work with and we would be happy to recommend them and would be happy to hire them again!
This is the best company for inflatables! I used them for my daughter's 5th birthday on a Sunday and they went above and beyond my expectations. Their prices are so fair and they let you have the unit THE WHOLE DAY!! Drop off and pick up were prompt. I had a small problem and someone came all the way to fix it for me. They were courteous and communicated promptly. They pick up their phones every time. Everyone who attended my party got their number because they saw how perfect everything was. The unit was huge and priced very fairly. Thank you so much for your service. I will be using them hence forth and I pray this company stays around for a very very long time because they are truly good people.
I paid in full 270 and nobody showed. I have called multiple times and no one has answered. I’m am highly disappointed and will be disputing the charge. Smh.
Excellence all the way around; safety, customer service, and fun!
