Customers frequently cite the mobile service's punctuality, fast response times, and clear communication when handling repairs like brake replacements, electrical diagnostics, and engine fixes. Positive feedback highlights the owner's willingness to explain issues and provide competitive pricing for various vehicle makes. However, several low-star reviews report significant communication failures, including unanswered calls, delayed follow-ups on quotes, or incorrect diagnostics that resulted in unnecessary charges, suggesting inconsistent customer service experiences.
