Customers frequently highlight the convenience of mobile service, punctuality, and affordable pricing for tasks like oil changes, brake repairs, and starter replacements. Reviews note that the team communicates clearly, provides upfront quotes, and completes work efficiently at residential locations. However, a recurring criticism in low-star excerpts involves a specific A/C repair where overcharged Freon allegedly damaged the air conditioning system, leading one customer to report that the work was not guaranteed.

Excellent service from start to finish. I needed my starter replaced, and this mechanic made me a priority right from the initial phone call. He came out to me on a brutally hot day yesterday and still managed to get the job done in about two hours. The pricing was very fair, and he kept the entire work area completely clean. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and affordable mobile mechanic!

Mr. Harvey and his team are very kind and professional! We were having trouble finding someone within our budget to change our oil and he called me back same day and provided our quote. He arrived the next morning and got it done so quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be returning to him for all our car needs.
