Customers frequently praise the mobile groomer for punctuality, clear communication, and accommodating last-minute or multi-pet requests, including services for cats and anxious animals. Recurring themes highlight the convenience of home service and the ability to handle specific grooming needs like flea treatments and matting removal. However, low-star reviews indicate a pattern of nail trimming errors causing injury, alongside complaints about unfulfilled appointments and unexpected parking fees.

Best service! My 5 Australian shepards living in a ranch were very muddy, full of foxtails, fleas and tangled. They came and treated them all with a special anti flea shampoo, detangled them, cleaned their ears, trimmed their nails and brushed their teeth! Whole service and it was amazing. I will keep them coming and I definitely recommend them.
