I can't recommend Julio enough! Finding an honest, trustworthy mechanic can be incredibly difficult, especially when you've had bad experiences in the past. Julio went above and beyond to help me, and I truly felt like he had my best interests in mind instead of just trying to upcharge!
My Mercedes suddenly became completely inoperable. It wouldn't even shift into gear, which meant it couldn't be towed the normal way. After calling a few mobile mechanics I found on Google, I eventually came across this company, and they sent Julio to help me.
Julio arrived punctually, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and completely transparent. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my car, explain what was happening, and answer all of my questions honestly. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary additional repairs, he advised me that the remaining issue might be covered by Mercedes-Benz and recommended I contact them first.
He was absolutely right. Mercedes-Benz towed my car to the dealership free of charge, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it under warranty—exactly as Julio predicted. His honest advice ended up saving me a significant amount of time, money, and stress.
That level of integrity is incredibly rare these days. Julio genuinely cared about helping me, even though it meant he wasn't making money from the additional repairs himself. That says everything about his character and the way he does business.
He has earned my trust completely and is officially my mechanic from now on. I'll be recommending him to all of my friends, family, and girlfriends because everyone deserves a mechanic they can truly trust. Thank you again, Julio, for your professionalism, honesty, and kindness. You've gained a customer for life!

Julio was so responsive, even on a Sunday, ready to assist, open with his pricing, and he even helped with finding the right part. He goes over and beyond, and I would not hesitate to call him again. If you’re considering buying a used vehicle, he also offers Pre Purchase Inspection (PPI) services which could really help you to protect yourself from buying a car with major and/or minor problems you would not be able to detect. Give Julio a call…you won’t regret it.

Julio is the best mobile mechanic around! I recently had my Fiat 500e lock up on me after changing the 12v battery. It was stuck in “Not Ready” mode and I wasn’t able to drive my car for days. I was beginning to stress about how to get it fixed because only a select few Fiat dealerships are willing to work on electric Fiats (even though they sell them, makes no sense). Not many local auto repair shops will work on electric Fiats also. I was told I would have to get my car towed to the Santa Monica Fiat for it to be serviced and have the system rebooted. Towing alone was going to cost me $290+ and that’s not even including what the dealership should’ve charged me for the service and the cost for an Uber to get there from Pasadena.
So I contacted Julio, and he responded back quickly! We got an appointment set up with ease and everything was done in a professional manner! Julio gave my car a diagnostic test and even shared the results with me every step of the way! Julio was quickly able to identify the problem and rebooted the car’s system and got the new battery registered in. Julio did an amazing job and is a real blessing! If you need a mobile mechanic in Pasadena or anywhere in Los Angeles, Julio is the man! If you are an owner of an EV or Hybrid and run into any problems similar to this, Julio can fix it! I’m sure he can fix anything after today! The world needs more people like Julio!

Let me just begin by saying these couple months has been one of the hardest and humbling year for me personally. I had my car stranded for about 2 days and i did not know what is the issue. I had only thought of AAA because i did not know at the time there was a mobile mechanic then i did thanks to a friend. I was with a friend who was ill at the time and long story short everything that was going wrong and would go wrong did go wrong last couole days. Thankfully there was 1 man i could call. Julio. It was late in his shift and he still showed up. My car was in bad shape... He did his job so miraculously and fixed her up in less then 1 hour. After almost a week of saddness. i am now sitting in my car no longer stranded and with the only true happiness i have recieved in the last couple days. Julio is the most trustworthy mobile mechanic in the 818. Your services will not be forgotten

Julio did an amazing job diagnosing my car and honestly saved me a lot of stress and money. I had already gone to multiple mechanics trying to figure out where my oil leak was coming from, but nobody could properly identify the issue.
