Our ignition coil went out and we called mobile mechanics plus, Tyler came and was quickly able identify the problem and had us driving by the end of it. Was even able to work around our boxer engine. Was absolutely worth the money!

I booked a same-day repair with them before taking a trip because I was in a pinch, even though their original $300 quote (using my own part) was already higher than other places. But as soon as the tech showed up, he brought up extra fees for gas and administrative stuff that pushed the total to around $350. The owner keeps stating that I was outside their service area, but when I asked if they serviced Winchester they said yes. At no point did they say yes, but we charge an extra fee. The only price ever given to me was $300 so that is the amount I had ready for them. If a company isn't transparent about pricing upfront, I'm not trusting them to work on my vehicle. I tipped the guy for his time since the hidden fees weren't his fault, but I sent him on his way without letting them touch my car. Be honest about your real prices from the start. I wouldn't recommend due to the shady business practice.
Sir we are sorry you feel we are over priced but there was no shady practices going on here it was a $25 difference for a fuel charge after we took the part off cause we didn't know you had it already we are sorry for the confusion and if there is anything we can do just reach out if you would have let the tech get ahold of dispatch we could have fixed the issue that day again sorry for any confusion and in the future we will be more clear on any pricing differences the only reason we added the fuel charge was cause it was near 50 mins away from our home base and we tryed too make that clear through text messages before we sent a tech out that far away but I guess it got lost in translation that’s on us and we do apologize
I’ve had them come out and work on my 2003 Chevy Tahoe. They are absolutely amazing. Their prices are very reasonable. They get back to you very quickly. I highly recommend them!! My Tahoe is running beautifully now Tyler is absolutely amazing!!!! I am definitely recommending them to all of my friends!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!! Texted early in the morning on a holiday weekend not expecting a reply right away, they replied quickly and was very helpful with setting my appointment up for that morning. The parts I supplied were not correct Tyler made sure I got what I needed after 3 different part store visits. He even drove me because I didn't have a vehicle!
