Customers generally praise Mobile Pro Auto Glass for punctual mobile service, clear communication, and competitive pricing for windshield and window replacements. Positive reviews highlight the professionalism of technicians who often complete repairs quickly and assist with insurance claims. However, several low-star reviews describe recurring issues with post-installation damage, failed repairs that required re-service, and instances where the shop charged customers without completing the work or failed to respond to follow-up inquiries.

They came and checked the glass swing door while we were in bed. Convenient and simple. Will update after work is complete.
UPDATE. They never came back or replaced the door but still charged me for it.

There seems to be some confusion, as Mobile Pro Auto Glass specializes exclusively in automotive glass services and does not service or replace residential glass doors on homes. It’s possible this review was intended for another company. We recommend double-checking the business you contacted so your concerns can be addressed by the correct provider. Thank you for your understanding.
Incredible experience at this shop! The entire staff was friendly from the first call up to checking me out after service. I had to bring my car in due to needing safety feature calibration and they completed the service in less time than anticipated. Appreciate y’all very much!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We truly appreciate your business and are glad we could provide you with great service at a great price. We hope to work with you again in the future!
My experience was great! I was already anxious because I'm on crutches and have limited mobility. When I made my appointment, I was made to feel very comfortable about the entrance and waiting area, so I would know what to expect. My tech, Frank, met me in the parking lot. He listened while I explained what my issue was and told me a couple of possibilities. He explained what he would do to find the problem and how pricing worked. I'm very pleased and a little upset with myself for nor not doing it sooner. I don't expect good customer service anymore because it doesn't exist, so I was pleasantly surprised. Frank was very sweet (and easy on the eyes). I will definitely be putting them in my contacts
