La llevé de vuelta y, en lugar de responder por la garantía, insinuaron sin pruebas que fue un golpe y me pidieron pagar otra reparación. No asumen responsabilidad por su propio trabajo. Me parece una falta de seriedad y de garantía. No lo recomendaría si buscas respaldo real y una solución responsable.

We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. At MobileTek USA, we stand behind our work and take warranty concerns seriously. Your iPad was repaired more than two months before you returned to our store. As clearly stated in our repair policy, we provide a 30-day limited warranty on replaced components. While we understand that you were traveling and unable to return within that period, the warranty had already expired. Additionally, upon inspection, we found that the display had sustained physical damage, resulting in half of the screen blacked-out. Physical damage is not covered under our warranty, regardless of the warranty period. Our decision was based on the condition of the device and our established warranty policy, not assumptions. We strive to treat every customer fairly and professionally, and we regret that we were unable to provide the resolution you expected.
