My husband and I completed a full remodel and addition on our 3 bed, 1 bath home, adding a master bedroom, master bathroom, master closet, and laundry room. We also gave our backyard patio a complete glow up with new concrete and an awesome patio cover.
We really cannot say enough good things about the entire process with Kole and Katie. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful….not only with creative ideas, but also with practical tips, current trends, and helping bring our vision to life. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made such a big project feel smooth and exciting. And everything finished on time, which I know is a rarity nowadays!
We would absolutely recommend their team to anyone looking to take on a home project, big or small! Thank you thank you thank you!

It was a pleasure working with you and Devin, so stoked for you guys!
Kole and the Mode homes team are awesome. Very professional snd personable in all way. I recommend them, and will use them again if i need more work. Excellent!
We had an incredible experience working with Kole on our bathroom remodel. From start to finish, the process was organized, transparent, and far less stressful than we expected.
The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful — every detail was handled with care and precision. Tile work, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry — everything was installed flawlessly. He kept the project on schedule, communicated consistently, and his team was professional and respectful of our home.
What really stood out was his problem-solving ability and commitment to quality. If something wasn’t perfect, it was corrected immediately. Our bathroom turned out even better than we envisioned, and we couldn’t be happier.
Highly, highly recommend!
Worked directly with Kole and the Mode Homes team on a recent project and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic are top-tier. Highly recommend Kole and the Mode Homes team to anyone in the Treasure Valley — true 5-star service!
Mode Homes completed a large home remodel for my wife and I in 2024. Our home is 3,500 Sq feet. We remodeled entire home with the exception of the kitchen. Mode made this large project completely seem less. Great communication, showed up and stayed on schedule like we had planned, and most importantly took great pride in the amazing finished product.
We have done 3 home remodels and this was by far our best experience. Kole and his crew have earned the strongest recommendation possible from us.
