Model My Home staged my mom’s house, and the property went under contract in 72 hours!! Over 30 different groups of people came through the open house the first weekend, and someone who attended the open house purchased the property. The staging made the house come alive and truly refreshed the space.

The home we purchased was staged beautifully by a model my home. We viewed the home the home prior to the staging And it made a massive difference.
I was lucky enough to meet the team when I arrived at the home for move-in day. They are friendly, professional, and extremely stylish and fun.

Sort of a disappointing experience, tbh. We hired Model My Home to stage a newly remodeled home we were selling in Garland. We specifically asked that they do a modern/contemporary style - like some of the pics they have on their website. They assured us they would do that style. They didn't. We got a cookie-cutter, standard, traditional decor style. Not at all like the modern style pics we referenced on their website. After we saw what they put in, we reached out to them about the disconnect. No one ever replied. :-( The house did sell. But, we couldn't recommend this stager. Might have been better to save the money and list the home vacant.

Great design and service. I received the offer within a week after the property is on the market. It's a great pleasure to work with Model My Home team. Our buyers wants to close a week earlier. Kervin helped to arrange the destage in 3 days.

Our experience with ModelMyHome has been superb from start to finish. Jamar and Lori (and the rest of the excellent team) helped us book staging services right away and got everything set up for just a few days after our initial call. They were extremely friendly, responsive, accommodating and reasonable with their quotes. On top of that, the transitional designs that Lori picked for the staging brought our exact ideas to life and exceeded our expectations! We received many compliments and have no doubt that ModelMyHome's beautiful staging and furnishings contributed to us garnering dozens of showings and receiving multiple offers on the home.
ModelMyHome is highly reliable and fast moving for scheduling as well. We cannot recommend this amazing team enough for all home staging and designing needs in the DFW area!!!
