Vince, Charlie, and the entire crew were awesome. From start to finish we never had worries. Pricing was upfront, communication was clear, and the work itself was amazing. They completed a full kitchen remodel and gave great feedback during the blueprint stages. Very knowledgeable, very personable, and great work! Very happy!

Vince Cafarchino of Modern Home Contractors is a rock star. He understood my concept for the kitchen and knew exactly how to build it. He has suppliers working with him so ordering the cabinets, counters, flooring, tile is seamless. All I had to do was make the design choices. He'll take care of the rest. Workmanship and quality is excellent and seeing the finished room is exciting. We love our kitchen and can't recommend Modern Home Contractors enough for working with us.

We needed to update our computer desk and add additional storage. Vince guided me through the process. He drew the design and connected me with a cabinetry company. Charlie did an excellent job installing the cabinets and desk with excellent attention to detail. I’d be happy to work with Modern Home Contractors again.

Our new porch was the most recent of many projects done by Vince and his crew. And, as always, it was well beyond my expectations! Not only was the end result even more beautiful than expected, but it was done promptly and expertly. The attention to detail cannot be overstated! We have already gotten many compliments and have already spent many lazy hours enjoying our new space.
Thank you Vince and your awesome crew!!

Vince and his crew were great! They were on time, performed the work that they promised, and cleaned up very well! My project was rather small and I was having trouble having contractors quote the job or even call me back. Vince is very knowledgeable and got us quoted and scheduled quickly. We were very pleased with the quality of work Modern Home Contractors provided us. We will definitely use them again!

Vince and his crew did a wonderful job. They were punctual, worked efficiently and were respectful. They accomplished in one and a half days a job that would have taken weeks to do ourselves. Vince communicated with us from beginning to end. He never requests a deposit in anticipation of the work to be done. The price he quoted was very good in comparison to the others we received. We would highly recommend Modern Home Contractors of Liverpool NY

Vince and his team did an amazing job renovating our bathroom. Very courteous around the house and during clean up for the day. More importantly, the work done was outstanding. Great attention to detail and we leaned on them for their expertise. Love the finished product and will definitely have them come back for future projects.

Did a great job! Sheetrocked, painted (including lead abatement), added/replaced trim and door frames in 2 bedrooms. Nick and crew worked very hard and were very responsive to our requests, including busting their rears to get finished before company came over. Several workers put in extra time and Nick in particular came over on a weekend to get some work done. Covered shelves and beds and cleaned up after themselves. Created rooms that were modern but still fit well with the style of our 1890 house, despite the challenges inherent in working on an old house with a lot of oddities and anomalies. We are very pleased with their work.

Vince and the team did an excellent job remodeling our office. Fresh paint, refinished doors, new flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodel. The team was professional, courteous, and the project was completed on time with high quality materials. Highly recommended.
