My place smells amazing and looks even better. These cleaners clearly take their job seriously.
Pros: Flexible, responsive, friendly, and timely Cons: Extremely overpriced for the moving service. I paid $627 for move out service and I had to clean up after the ladies after they left. They did not do a deep clean. I had to go behind them to wipe down walls and baseboards and other basic hardware in the house. I…
They did a great job with our apartment. We requested a move out service for a very DIRTY apartment, and it turned out amazing!
I was moving out of my old house and I was worried because it had started looking old and dirty, and the team came in and made it look like it was a brand new home. I was absolutely speechless. My only regret was not hiring them earlier while I still lived there! I will definitely be hiring them again in the future. They did incredible work.
I've used Modern Maids several times for their standard cleaning service and have been very happy with the quality, value, and ease of scheduling. This review is really for Brenda though! She handled my move out cleaning, including inside of the oven, fridge, and windows. And she did an absolutely stellar job.…
Everything was so easy to do. We did a move out clean of a 1135 sqft apartment, and my expectations were blown out of the waters. So clean. Also who doesn’t love online bookings? Will be using them again.
My house was a disaster! Modern Maids came out within a day and cleaned the whole place ready for me to list on the market. It looks and smells amazing. I cannot thank you enough!
The girls did a fantastic job.. they didn't cut any corners they did the job right I was very pleased.. highly recommend..
Marcela and her team were amazing, the place sparkled after they were done. I used them for an apartment move out and am considering using them on a monthly basis at my new place. I highly recommend!
Amazing job. They were there about 3 hours and nailed the dirt and pet smell out of commission.
I hired them for a move out cleaning for a 1 bedroom apartment. I was able to do it all online, the price was reasonable and the team did a great job. Everything was spotless!
Paid $290 to have a move out clean in a 1100 soft condo. When my realtor went to check it out, the condo was a total mess. The hardwoods in living room and kitchen had not been cleaned and the carpets in the two bedrooms had not been vacuumed. What they did for $290 I cannot even imagine. I’m very upset because the…
Had a great experience in Austin! Was super stressed coordinating a bunch of things as I was moving out, so it was super helpful to be able to book online. I received several confirmations and reminders via text and email, so I was confident the service provider would show up. They were on time, communicative, and…
My fiance and I were moving out of our old house (which is going onto the market) and into a new one. I was extremely ill and he was trying to tackle everything by himself - Modern Maids helped us immensely. He was able to focus on just getting our items either a) out of our house or b) into the garage for…
I had a cleaning scheduled immediately after I moved into my new home. Minerva was my designated servicer & she did an outstanding job. She cleaned the entire home by herself and was able to accommodate multiple workers coming in and out of the home due to the recent move in. Granted there was not a whole lot to…
The service was fantastic! The team got into the house with no disruption to me, and when I went to see the finished product I was very impressed. Will definitely be a return customer after a wonderful first experience!
Maria did a great job on our move out clean!
They did great work saving the carpet and cleaning up a horrible mess after a tenant moved out. They also reached out with a question about my needs during the clean. I will definitely use them again.
Seemed to do a good clean, but after closer inspection there was a lot of dust on doorways, and on top of all cabinets/ledges. Had to take a lot of time to clean it myself afterwards.
Money well spent! Modern Maids did a fantastic job cleaning my rental house when I moved out!
