Angie Ponce is amazing. We have been privileged to have Angie assigned to our home for the past two years. She is timely, thorough and efficient. I would recommend her to anyone!
I can't tell you how amazing every team has been that have come to clean. Highly recommended - they work so hard and make a huge difference.
This is what I call a DEEP clean. Skarleth and Pamela did an amazing job on my place. They covered every corner and every detail — it’s in another league from other cleaning services I’ve used in downtown. I will definitely use them again
I haven’t seen our loft look this clean since we moved in. She was on time and very detailed. Cleaned areas we didn’t even think of. Even left us a cute bow made out of toilet paper roll in the guest bathroom. 10/10, already looking forward to our next clean!
I am consistently impressed with the exceptional service provided by Modern Maids. Their attention to detail is unparalleled, and each visit leaves my home spotless and beautifully organized. The team is not only thorough in their work but also incredibly professional and courteous. I also love their communication…
Madian goes above and beyond each time. I've had many different people on the team come clean but she is by far the best in all aspects. She is quick, detail-orientated, and has built great relationship with me over the years - my dog who barks at everyone loves her too! Modern Maids accomodates last minute…
The business: Scheduling was fast and easy. Pricing was upfront and very competitive, not sketchy and hidden behind a home visit. My only minor complaint was that the card on file was charged the day before the cleaning, which I thought was kind of odd, but like I said everything else was really good and bc Marian…
These ladies were experienced! It was nice to have cleaners make my home feel like a resort by the details and attention! That is hard to find nowadays! Also, I was able to get a personable response on a very short notice to get excellent service!
I was moving out of my old house and I was worried because it had started looking old and dirty, and the team came in and made it look like it was a brand new home. I was absolutely speechless. My only regret was not hiring them earlier while I still lived there! I will definitely be hiring them again in the future. They did incredible work.
I've used Modern Maids several times for their standard cleaning service and have been very happy with the quality, value, and ease of scheduling. This review is really for Brenda though! She handled my move out cleaning, including inside of the oven, fridge, and windows. And she did an absolutely stellar job.…
Fantastic job by Maria & Rebecca…attention to detail,We were first timers and will be repeating our monthly service
My home was an absolute mess with dust and other contractor leftovers. I lamented to my son that it would take me weeks to get my home back to normal. Although he is from out of state, he made arrangements with modern maids to come to the rescue. They were here the very next day and cleaned the house throughout and…
Highly professional. The cleaner arrived during the agreed upon window of time and did an amazing job despite some tough messes. They went the extra mile with everything and it may be the highest quality of work I've gotten from any cleaning service I've ever used.
We hired Modern Maids for our twice yearly apartment cleaning and Luisa delivered beyond what we could have hoped for. She brought this apartment back to life and organized it better than we ever could have. We liked the work so much that we hired Luisa for a monthly upkeep cleaning. Thank you! ¡Muchas gracias…
This was my first clean with a new company and I was very impressed with how clean my apartment was after just one clean. I will certainly be using them again.
I’ve been a customer for about 6 months now. They are always professional and the deep clean is exactly what I need. I’m always super happy and relaxed when they’re done.
Daniela was amazing. Extremely thorough and great attention to detail, which is a lot coming from someone like myself who generally has always cleaned better than any cleaning service that has cleaned my space. It’s very unlike me to hire/pay anyone to clean my car or space because I’ve always done better. Daniela…
Exceptional, very professional and a great job every time. I highly recommend this service
We do a monthly cleaning service.Very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. Our midtown apartment is spotless after they visit. They are also kind to our animals. We do crate them, but just an extra personalized touch. Huge plus! I would highly recommend their services!
I've been using Modern Maids regularly for a few months, and the quality of our home and lives has improved so much! Our cleaners are very kinda and thorough, and the support team is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend using them
The ladies at Modern Maids did a wonderful job in our home!! I am so pleased I had them come clean. I’ve signed up for regular service.
Always on time Always professional And happy with their service!
Very much impressed with the service and amazing work Maria did! With a toddler the house is a mess and cleaning using child friendly products and every corner made a difference before the guests come in for holiday season.
I've been using Modern Maids for almost a year now and they are great. The cleaners are always friendly and efficient and rescheduling issues/questions are always answered quickly. Highly recommended!
The cleaning team was awesome - professional and friendly. However, I was not aware of the hourly rate and it turns out to be almost $200 for 2 hours of cleaning. Being a single mom and a teacher, I find the price hard to stomach.
Was my first time using Modern Maids and was impressed with the whole process (website, booking my appt, seeing the costs, communication, and expertise of the maids). I was worried since I have two large dogs, but both maids were friendly and very receptive to my them. My dogs (who made new friends that day) and I…
Excellent.
Have been using their services for about 2 months now. We have the cleaner come in every two weeks. Gloria is awesome - she takes her time and does a really professional job. We appreciate what she does, she is on time and very diligent. Thank you :)
The house looks new. They showed up on time and worked hard and well. Nothing is broken or missing. I feel so lucky to have found these people.
My partner and I work very busy jobs and the apartment hygiene had just gotten out of control. On a leap of faith, I booked with Modern Maids on a Thursday afternoon and our cleaner arrived at 8:30 am the next morning. I couldn't believe how long it took to get the place in shape again, but Gloria was unstoppable.…
Blown away - professional, kind, above and beyond. Showed up on time and did not stop working the whole time she was here.
They ladies did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.
Used the Austin crew of Modern Maids a couple times now. Both times have been great and the online scheduling is so helpful.
Using Modern Maids was a great experience! We had tried several cleaners before, but usually ran into expensive rates, odd hours and a lackluster clean. Modern Maids’ service was extremely easy to book, very punctual and provided a fantastic clean for the money. We will definitely be using them again for the next cleans!
Really great work!
Modern Maids did a great job cleaning my apartment before I moved out. They arrived on time and quickly did the job, and I love that they're located conveniently in Uptown. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service in Dallas.
Guillermina did an AMAZING job. She left our apartment spotless. 10/10 would recommend!
The cleaners arrived on schedule and completed the work very professionally and timely.
I am happy with my cleaning from Modern Maid. Beatrice and Tererea were amazing! They were prompt, friendly, and did a phenomenal job at my place. I will definitely be using Modern Maid cleaning services again.
I called on a Saturday morning and asked the impossible. Can you send a crew to clean my house and be gone by 5? 2 of their employees went to work on it. They sent a crew of 2 ladies who had great smiles, great attitudes and cared how they cleaned my house. I'm very picky and can't find fault with anything they did.…
