Elliot was persistent in the buying process. He made the calls necessary in order to win the property over other investor offers. I hesitate to talk with investors because some are too pushy. We found Elliot to be considerate yet constant in order to stay on top on the deal and he did everything possible to bring it to a quick close. Keep him around.
