I couldn’t be happier with the job done on my roof. The team did amazing work — fast, clean, and clearly skilled. The staff made the whole process easy, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied.
I would like to shout out Favian, who I worked with from the start. Everything was clear and upfront, and he put it in writing. Michelle, who was instrumental in helping with the processing of my check, and Blake, the general manager, who really sealed the deal.
My roof looks fantastic, and the service I received was even better. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly easy to get my roof replaced. We've been told for years that our insurance probably wouldn't cover a repair, but after speaking with Modern they were able to justify the replacement to our insurance. The process was very easy, without unexpected costs (working with the mortgage company to get the payment released was more complex). I chose to upgrade one level of shingles, but it was my choice rather than a high pressure sales pitch. The team came out and replaced the roof in one day, and as far as I can tell they did a great job - better than the subs that put on the original roof (which still had roofing nails on the roof when we bought the house). I'm happy that the new roof has a warranty against wind damage, because we get fairly strong straight-line winds that have caused damage over time. Modern came recommended by our neighbor, because their son had recommended them after having his roof replaced, so that's at least three roofs that I know of where all three of us are happy with the process and the results.
I had consulted several different AI tools to prepare to discuss the replacement, and it was SO much easier to discuss with the Modern team than I expected. Very happy that our neighbor had their roof replaced and recommended Modern to us! Looking forward to not having to worry about my roof after every storm with high winds!

I purchased roofing and siding services after a horrible hail storm. The work was done to my satisfaction but when piece of siding fail, no effort was made to fix it.
Like many companies, Modern Roofing was enthusiastically pursuing my business but once they made a profit, they didn’t seem to guarantee their work.
I’ve contacted them repeatedly and was even handed off to their third party contractors. (Hispanic laborers)
I expected the people I paid to attend the issues not place me in the hands of their hired workers.
I’m a 20 year veteran and resident of a Rock Hill. I chose this Rock Hill community company. I expected better.
