Guys we're very nice. Replaced the battery and car started right up. Quick and efficient service. I have a 2023 Dodge Challenger Hellcat the one guy said he needed to test drive it to make sure the battery was charging 😂.

Went to nearby Nederland location to get my car checked out before a long road trip. I was greeted friendly and after about 30 minutes, I was told I needed 2 new tires. Everything else on the car (i.e. belts, hoses, fluids, brakes) were good. I was given a fair price, and was out in an hour from the time I arrived. Will be using this location again. Great experience.

I rented a car from Budget Rentals, but shortly into my trip, the low oil pressure warning flashed on the dashboard. I called Budget immediately. Their response? They told me I could either keep driving it like that for four more days or drive over to Beaumont to swap it for a replacement. I chose the safe route and headed to Beaumont for the swap. But when I arrived, the staff turned me away—they didn't have any replacement cars available. Instead, they suggested I either keep driving the car until the weekend or take it over to Modica Bros. for an oil change. I took it straight to Modica Bros., and it’s a good thing I did. The mechanics discovered a major oil leak caused by whoever serviced the car last—they had actually punctured the oil filter. Despite not being able to reach Budget to get payment approval, the team at Modica Bros. didn't leave me stranded. They replaced the damaged filter, cleaned off all the spilled oil, and topped off the engine completely free of charge. Budget gave me the runaround on a dangerous mechanical issue, but Modica Bros. stepped up with top-tier customer service and saved the day.

Living in a place where pizza-sized potholes can develope in less time than you can say "that wasn't there yesterday" it's important to have a tire and wheel business that's close by and trustworthy. Modica Bros. have helped me and my family for a long while now. Always courteous. Always fast. I have never had a complaint about the service I've received and at times they have gone beyond what I consider reasonable to get my cars back and on the road. Highly recommend.
